La connessione FTP non è interna ma esterna al sito e non ha nulla a che fare con WordPress – è quindi piuttosto fuorviante quello che dici (“Ho provato anche a caricare un plugin via Filezilla ma niente” che significa?)

Con il primo si comunica ai bot il permesso di scansionare ogni cosa, con il secondo si dice che non stiamo ponendo limiti a riguardo.
Secondo me ha senso usare il primo solo per certi user agent, non per tutti – ma siamo OT e, aldilà del generico “disallow:” che permette agli user agent segnalati (* equivale a “tutti”) di scansionare tutte le directory, ciò che Google consiglia oggi se non vogliamo ritrovarci contenuti bloccati, ogni altra regola dipende dal proprio sito.
Le vecchie regole di non permettere la scansione delle tre directory wp (admin, includes e content) non sono più valide – almeno per Google – che a partire dal 27 ottobre 2014 ha cambiato le sue linee guida.
E più che seguire guide che ti dicono cosa mettere – e che se sono antecedenti a quella data non sono più valide, almeno per Google – è meglio se prima ti informi nel dettaglio su cos’è il robots.txt, a cosa serve e il significato delle regole.
Per risolvere il tuo problema ora, come già detto, basta che togli solo quella riga.

Puoi farlo anche dagli Strumenti per webmaster di Google, oppure accedendo direttamente via FTP alla root del tuo sito.
Potresti togliere anche quell’inutile crawl delay, a meno che tu non abbia un sito cosଠimportante e cosଠspesso modificato da giustificare una richiesta di rallentamento di visite da parte dei bot e quindi per evitare crash del server…

Può essere un problema di permessi (chiedi al provider).
In ogni caso, puoi sempre fare l’aggiornamento manuale

In alternativa, puoi fare da solo aiutandoti con il componente aggiuntivo per browser Firebug per Firefox o usare browser già comprensivi di strumenti di sviluppo (Chrome, Explorer…). Ricorda che dovrai fare le modifiche usando un child-theme.
TittiModeratoreWP gestisce i redirect solo quando il cambio di struttura avviene partendo da quella di default, quindi nel tuo caso no.
Devi gestire tu i redirect dall’.htaccess.

I plugin si cancellano sempre da bacheca, eventualmente si fa o si completa la cancellazione via FTP se ci sono istruzioni particolari che lo richiedono.
Per il problema:
come prima cosa controlla via FTP di avere in sede la cartella wp-admin.
Se c’è ma temi sia corrotta scarica un nuovo pacchetto di WP della tua versione e ricaricala via FTP.
Se non serve a nulla, procedi con le solite prove richieste per il debug, che dopo 4 anni di iscrizione a questo forum dovresti conoscere bene.
