Riguarda la configurazione del server, chiedi ad Altervista. L’avviso indica un tentativo di accedere a un file o a una cartella in un’area soggetta a restrizioni.
Puoi anche chiedere agli autori del plugin responsabile.
Se hai rimosso il plugin, accertati di averlo fatto in modo corretto (completamente) e di aver rimosso eventuali cache.

TittiModeratoreRimetti su il file o i file che hai modificato nella loro versione originale, o in alternativa se non ricordi cos’hai modificato ripristina TUTTO il backup dei file. Se hai modificato solo il tema, metti su il tema originale.
Se non hai backup recenti (male), dovrai cercare l’errore manualmente nei file che hai modificato.
Se guardi il tuo sorgente vedi che quei caratteri sono all’inizio, prima del doctype.
Avrai usato qualche entità HTML (tipo: & nbsp;) dimenticando, ad esempio, il punto e virgola. Controlla anche i widget di testo.
Non so cosa tu possa aver modificato nelle cartelle wp-admin e wp-includes, in ogni caso ripristina gli originali perché anche se il problema ora non è lଠse li hai toccati hai sbagliato: lଠnon ci devi mai mettere le mani quindi rimetti le cartelle originali via FTP.
Approfittane per aggiornare WordPress (siamo alla 4.5.2!), stai usando una vecchia versione e non va bene.
Il tuo admin non ha niente che non va, è perfettamente raggiungibile, devi solo abilitare i cookie nel browser (oppure hai solo svuotato tutta la cache) e riprovare a entrare.
Il warning è un avviso che ti informa che con tutta probabilità hai lasciato spazi vuoti nel wp-config.php, nel functions.php, nell’header.php o da qualche altra parte, è sempre lo stesso o un altro problema di caratteri sbagliati o al posto sbagliato.
Se tu avessi cliccato sui link presenti nella pagina di login avresti letto questa pagina.
Inoltre, i plugin si disattivano via FTP o dalla bacheca, non dal DB – fai quindi prima questa prova disattivandoli TUTTI per vedere che non si colpa di un plugin.

TittiModeratoreAttualmente è meglio non bloccare niente. WP blocca già di default le pagine admin.
TittiModeratoreCiti un file che non credo esista nel core di WP (esiste piuttosto /admin-ajax.php), quindi non è chiaro cosa vorresti o non vorresti bloccare.
Non ha senso nemmeno mettere allow dal momento che nessuna directory di WP va bloccata:
