E poi dopo undici anni che si è iscritti al forum aprire un topic con un problema di questo tipo senza già comunicare l’esito delle prove è come voler sottintendere che si sono fatte e hanno dato esito negativo, quindi se è un problema di raggiungibilità devi aprire un ticket con Tophost.

L’avviso della coda di moderazione dovrebbe apparire da qualche parte sulla pagina se hai Akismet funzionante e hai spuntato “il commento deve essere approvato”.

In genere interessa avvisare quando è in coda di moderazione o è stato approvato.

Se sà¬, significa che è per motivi che non hanno bisogno di esser comunicati o giustificati. Fai un disclaimer sul sito in cui avverti quale tipo di commenti potresti cancellare, sta all’utente leggerlo e saperlo, ed è nel tuo diritto cancellare.
Se invece sono pochi e tieni a quel particolare utente, puoi comunicare direttamente con lui.
