Se il nuovo sito andrà a sostituire il vecchio (quindi stesso spazio web e stesso dominio) non devi acquistare nulla.

Per lavorare in locale devi installare il webserver (apache o iis), il supporto al php e mysql. Per fare prima puoi avvalerti di una piattaforma “tutto compreso” come WAMP.

torejxPartecipanteSe non c’è una variabile da modificare nel backend del tema devi farlo a mano. Sempre nel file che si occupa di stampare la pagina (dovrebbe essere lo stesso del div entry) dovrebbe esserci un ciclo che itera quattro volte oppure una query che prende gli ultimi quattro post… Insomma, dovresti trovare il 4 e cambiarlo

Se non erro wordpress non vede in automatico le immagini caricate via ftp (perchè mi pare che per ogni immagine venga registrato un record nel db). Però dovrebbe esserci un plugin che fa al caso tuo, di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome..

mi sono appena accorta che mettendo heigt:300; modifica la lunghezza del post completo, ossia il riquadro che appare dopo aver premuto leggi tutto.
Vero, non avevo fatto caso.
Puoi risolvere in due modi:
- Modifichi il file che genera la pagina con i riquadri e dove stampa <div class=”entry”> accanto ad entry aggiungi un’altra classe che poi definirai nel css con la regola height:300px;
- Sempre nello stesso div, aggiungi dopo “entry” style=”height:300px;” (ps: è più ordinato il primo metodo)

NB: Non è consigliabile giustificare il testo di una pagina web. Tieni conto che le norme della tipografia su carta non valgono sugli schermi.

torejxPartecipanteSenza dubbio cercare la regola e modificarla è meglio, ma non potrebbero esserci conflitti in quando l’ultima regola va a riscrivere le precedenti.
