Allora come si spiegano questi problemi?
– Di giorno in giorno, Google sta de-indicizzando tutte le mie pagine AMP sulla Search Console
– Ho 200 pagine AMP duplicate, mostrate sempre sulla Search Console
– Questi duplicati ogni tot di giorni spariscono per essere sostituiti da altre pagine duplicate in numero maggiore di quelle precedenti
Le pagine AMP sono correttamente implementate, ho usato i tool di Google per verificarle, ho messo il canonical nella versione AMP e il link amphtml in quella originale. Allora perchè Google continua a disindicizzarle? L’unica spiegazione che trovo è che Google non riesca sempre a riconoscere il tag amphtml, magari perchè c’è qualche codice sbagliato prima di esso che rende invalido il resto, colpa quindi del tema o di plugin WordPress. Ecco perchè voglio provare a mettere rel amphtml all’inizio del wp head, fermo restando che non sono esperto e che quello che dici tu potrebbe comunque essere vero… Comunque se non riesci a elaborarmi un codice grazie comunque del consiglio!
In quanto ad Analytics, l’ho messo subito prima del tag /head, posizione sconsigliata perchè c’è l’hook wp_head, perciò volevo spostarlo altrove iniettandolo tramite function, anche se questo è un problema secondario.

Io ci ho provato ma non ci riesco… Mi serve anche per ordinare altro codice nell’head perché stanno veramente messi male, tra cui anche quello di Analytics che vorrei inserire tramite funzione

Un’ultima domanda, i “link rotti” possono essere solo sulla VPS, sul database o su siti esterni giusto? O ci sono altre location? Che mi risulti no
miki31-7PartecipanteCiao Titti, grazie per la risposta molto esaustiva. Tuttavia non è proprio come dici, ho individuato la causa. Nel mio VPS ci sono dei file di testo o altri formati che contengono quegli URL, a quanto pare Googlebot sta scansionando le viscere del mio hosting non limitandosi solo al sito.
Il problema è che il mio VPS contiene centinaia di file, dovessi aprirli tutti per individuare link in ognuno finirei l’anno prossimo (i 404 ci sono anche per link diversi da article-2, ma appaiono solo in access log e non in search console). Una cartella l’ho già individuata, era un residuo di un plugin e conteneva file .log con alcune centinaia di URL. Sapresti indicarmi un tool per cercare gli URL all’interno di ogni singolo file agendo sul backup del mio VPS?
miki31-7PartecipanteGrazie mille Titti. Nel frattempo ho fatto un’analisi più approfondita e ho scoperto che la cache si cancella quando i post vengono programmati (anche se non so se è sempre cosà¬). Magari può essere d’aiuto.
In quanto a W3 Total Cache vorrei seguire il tuo consiglio, conosci un tutorial fatto bene per configurarlo alla perfezione (per quanto un tutorial possa essere preciso su queste cose)? Sono già abbastanza pratico di cache ma una guida per non sbagliare sarebbe molto d’aiuto
miki31-7PartecipanteAvrei già richiesto da molto un intervento a pagamento, il problema è che l’hoster essendo il servizio managed non fa accedere alla root, quindi sono di fronte a un muro.
Per rispondere, certo che è attivo un plugin di cache attualmente, è Cache Enabler, e questo a differenza di altri cancella la cache “ogni 3-4 articoli pubblicati” e non a ogni articolo.
Il plugin è configurato per non cancellare mai la cache, le visite sono circa 5.000 al giorno, pubblichiamo una decina di articoli al giorno o poco più. Comunque avete visto quel widget Ultime news sulla testata? Secondo voi può essere l’aggiornamento di quello che triggera la cancellazione della cache oppure sto dicendo cappellate?
miki31-7PartecipanteHai pienamente ragione avevo timore di tediarvi con un post enorme, perdonami Titti! Allora, sperando che abbia ancora voglia di aiutare un povero disperato, andiamo per gradi:
Rispondendo alla tua domanda come faccio a vedere la cache cancellata, i plugin hanno una apposita sezione che ne mostra le dimensioni. àˆ lଠche vedo che la cache scende a pochi kb da decine di MB, per alcuni dopo poco tempo dalla creazione, per altri alla pubblicazione dei post! Imoltre controllo anche le dimensioni della cartella cache nell’FTP di Plesk. Cache database, cache in PHP su SSD e cache mod rewrite tutte provate, stessa roba.
La cache l’ho messa con i plugin per migliorare le prestazioni, non per problemi cercati di risolvere. Non stiamo parlando di cache server side, ma di plugin (che formano cache di articoli, categorie, tag, tutto). Il file .htaccess è stato ripristinato alla disinstallazione dei plugin, non è quindi incasinato.
Rispondendo alle informazioni richieste nel box:
– WordPress 4.7.2, ma anche con la versione precedente stesso problema. Non so dirti quando di preciso si è verificato il problema, l’ho scoperto da poco, quando ho notato il calo di prestazioni nel caricamento. Fatto sta che da una settimana è irrisolvibile.
– Hosting VPS managed datacenter Germania by Hetzner. PHP 7.0, FPM, opcache (provato PHP 5.6 con FPM e FastCGI, niente di risolto)

Quest’ultimo mi ha detto alla pubblicazione di un post “Detected changes in the site affecting the whole cache. Found 2500 files in the cache: auto clearing.”
miki31-7PartecipantePurtroppo ho provato 10 plugin, compresi quelli con opzioni che permettono di non cancellare mai la cache. Gli autori dei plugin ormai non esistono più sui forum di supporto, si è già fortunati se aiutano quando si acquista la versione Pro… Ma comunque non è un problema di un singolo plugin…. L’hoster dice che non è il server, e io a questo punto non ci capisco più nulla…
