Beh, Titti, forse non ci capiamo…
Il mio problema è quello descritto da Branzilla nel post iniziale e per me rimane un problema: io non ho aggiornato 4 volte ma solo una, passando dalla 3.6 alla 3.7.1.
Ed il problema è dovuto al semplice fatto che la versione scaricata su http://it.wordpress.org/ è differente da quella che ho scaricato da qui.
Il motivo non lo so anche perchè il dominio http://it.wordpress.org/ rimanda a questo sito.
Comunque dopo aver scaricato la versione 3.7.1 da qui ed aver sovrascritto quella scaricata da it.wordpress.org, la notifica è sparita.
Spero di essere stato sufficientemente chiaro…

Ho scritto stesso problema perché a me è successo esattamente quello che ha descritto Branzilla nel post iniziale: dopo l’aggiornamento alla release 3.7.1 ricompare continuamente la linguetta gialla che mi segnala che è disponibile un nuovo aggiornamento anche se WP è già stato aggiornato all’ultima release.
Per farla sparire ho dovuto cliccare su nascondi aggiornamento.
Dimenticavo: la release l’ho scaricata da http://it.wordpress.org/ un paio di ore fa e non ha i file di lingua
Stesso problema.
Una volta aggiornato a WordPress 3.7.1 continua ad apparire il messaggio di aggiornamento, anche dopo aver pulito cache e cookies, essermi sloggato e riloggato.
Tra parentesi, per vostra informazione, nel pacchetto di aggiornamento 3.7.1 mancano i file di lingua localizzati in italiano: in wp-content manca proprio la cartella languages.
