wp 2.3.3 con php5 funziona, in locale ho la 2.3.3 e php5 e funziona tutto. sul mio server (linux) ho php5.2.5 e anche li con wp2.3.3 funziona tutto alla perfezione, per info maggiori ho provato anche php5 con il modulo fastcgi e anche in quel caso funzionava tutto.
magari non serve a risolvere il problema pero’ certifica che magari il problema e’ a livello del server…

ArturoPartecipantenon sono sicuro di poterti aiutare ma, in generale penso che per le pagine ci sono 2 modi
1- usi un file .htaccess che ti crei ad hoc per il tuo blog.
2- usi un plugin del quale ho letto molto bene che e’ askapache.
il plugin dovrebbe poterti permettere di personalizzare al massimo i permalink del blog, quindi io sinceramente ti consiglierei il plugin…

9 Febbraio 2008 alle 23:44 in risposta a: Aggiornamento WP 2.3.3 ma non si ripristina l’italiano #50449ArturoPartecipantecontrolla che nella cartella wp-includes/languages/ ci siano i files it_IT.mo e it_IT.po, poi controlla che nel file wp-config.php nella root di WP ci sia inserito:
define (‘WPLANG’, ‘it_IT’);
alla linea 17 circa.
una volta fatto questo dovrebbe essere tutto ok, nel caso non lo fosse, ti consiglio di cancellare tutti i files tranne il wp-config.php che hai configurato come sopra e la cartella wp-content, poi scarica la versione di WP presente su questo sito e carica tutto tranne il file e la cartella detta sopra e controlla, in questo modo dovrebbe tornare tutto in italiano.
p.s. controlla che il theme sia localizzato, perche’ se non lo fosse alcune parti non te le “vede” in italiano comunque!

ArturoPartecipantebeh come tutti o quasi sapranno, IE ha un modo tutto suo di renderizzare le pagine web, questo fa si che il codice, molto probabilmente in questo caso il css, venga “letto” ed interpretato in modo differente tra i due browser.
quello che a mio avviso puoi fare e’ controllare quali classi “funzionano” su entrambi i browser, scrivere il css in modo standard ottimizzarlo per FF e poi implementare le parti che facciano funzionare tutto bene anche con IE.
un sito che ti consiglio dove puoi trovare davvero tutte lle info che ti possono servire e’ w3schools che e’ il sito per eccellenza per i tutorial.
ArturoPartecipanteprocedero’ come da te consigliato, ma non capisco una cosa… come puo’ essere che uno o piu’ post “sporchi” infierisca sul fatto dei commenti e di tale pagina che non viene proprio presa in considerazione?
questa e’ l’unica cosa che non capisco… per far prima provero’ a dumpare prima i post sulla nuova installazione di wp di prova per vedere se continua a funzionare tutto e successivamente i commenti, che ne dici? forse e’ piu’ veloce cosi’ no? se poi uno dei due mi da lo stesso problema si tratta di ripulire il tutto con santa pazienza.

ArturoPartecipanteallora, ho installato sul mio spazio web un nuovo wp, fresco fresco con db nuovo di zecca, ho provato il theme “natalizio” che in locale funziona bene e sul blog non prende la parte dei commenti ed il risultato e’ che funziona perfettamente… ora e’ certo che il problema sta in WP, molto probabilmente e’ nel database.
ora la domanda nasce spontanea, come faccio a salvarmi tutto quello che e’ presente nel blog risolvendo tale problema? facendo un dump del DB molto probabilmente riporta gli stessi problemi prenti gia’ ora, quindi ad occhio, o basta sistemare qualcosa nel DB “vecchio” a manina senza corrompere nulla, o fare un dump dei soli post archivi ecc che servono.
sono qui che aspetto indicazioni, mi affido alle vostre mani sapienti che stanno su WP da tanto tempo.

ArturoPartecipanteok ho provato giraffe2 e come volevasi dimostrare, quando provo ad andare sui commenti mi esce “Leave a Reply” e non esce in italiano come il resto del blog vista la localizzazione del theme in italiano fatta da steve.

ArturoPartecipanteallora ho provato piu’ template, la prova del nove l’avro’ a breve, scarico un theme completamente in italiano e vedo se lo fa’ ancora.
ho controllato tutte le impostazioni e non differisce nulla… sinceramente non so’ che azz fare piu’… AIUTATEMI!!!
