Salve,
ho contattato l’hosting e spiegato tutta la situazione, compreso il link che mi avete inviato.
Come temevo, mi hanno risposto che hanno fatto delle prove e per loro è tutto a posto (htaccess, vhost, mod rewrite, …) e il problema è di WordPress.
Ora sono nei guai.
Dovrei provare a disinstallare wp e reinstallarlo (magari la versione 3.?
Se sà¬, vi chiedo: il database posso lasciarlo lଠe disinstallare solo le cartelle wp, oppure è meglio cancellare e rifare anche il db? (è un sito che avevo appena iniziato, non perdo un granché di dati).

…aggiungo che i permessi del file htaccess sono impostati su 644
il sito è su server Linux, tra l’altro nello stesso server in cui ho già fatto un sito identico ma in un’altra lingua.
il file htaccess esiste, lo sto controllando. E’ questo:

Scusa l’ignoranza, ma le sto pensando tutte: aprendolo in txt, tutto il codice di cui sopra è scritto di seguito, cioè non va a capo. C’entra qualcosa?
