Salve, ho un problema ad accedere all’account wordpress. Quando emetto il mio nome utente e la mia password mi esce scritto che questi dati non sono associati a nessun account utente cosa impossibile dato che lavoro su wordpress da ormai mesi. Non so sa sia successo, so solo che all’improvviso mi ha dato questa problematica, eppure non ho minimamente effettuato nessuna modifica. Ho cmq provato tramite phpMyAdmin di cambiare nomeutente e password ma non ho risolto lo stesso! Se per favore mi delucidate in merito e mi date una mano.Purtroppo non sono molto esperta quindi spero di poter trovare la soluzione grazie ad una vostra risposta!

Non era più semplice utilizzare l’apposito link nella pagina del login nel caso non si ricordi più la password?
Mettere mano al database potrebbe aver peggiorato la situazione se non sono state seguite alla lettera le istruzioni scritte nella pagina di wordpress.org:

Spero tu abbia un backup del database da poter ripristinare.

Prima di mettere mani al database, ho provato a richiedere la password per verificare se effettuavo qualche errore. Ma non mi e’ stato possibile farlo, dato che non riconosce nemmeno l’email, dicendo la solita diceria che l’email non era associata a nessun account esistente. Non ho modificato nessun tipo di plugin quindi perchè dovrei disattivarne qualcuno?! Mica posso andare a zonzo! I dati del database combaciano perfettamente al wp-config.php e combaciano anche al wp-config.sample.php! La cosa che non capisco come puo’ dal niente non accettarmi i dati personali se io nemmeno ci ho lavorato ieri al sito. In spiegabile. Come posso risolvere il problema? WordPress non risponde nemmeno al ticket che gli ho inviato.

I dati del database combaciano perfettamente al wp-config.php
Hai detto tu di aver cambiato nome utente e password da phpMyAdmin
WordPress non risponde nemmeno al ticket che gli ho inviato
combaciano anche al wp-config.sample.php!
Hai le idee un po’ confuse…

Se hai scritto una mail a noi posso garantirti che è stata presa e cestinata come indicato nella mail automatica che dovresti aver ricevuto.. se invece hai scritto a qualcun’altro.. boh….

Titti consentimi di avere le idee confuse, se stai ore ed ore a chiederti ed affettuare le prove per risolvere il problema. Cmq adesso sono riuscita a riaccedere ai miei dati wordpress ma se entrate nel mio sito http://www.youtek.it e provate ad aprire qualcune articolo esce fuori : “Not Found

Che è successo adesso?! Non ne sto uscendo piu’. Grazie della pazienza e scusatemi se sono confusionaria. Ma sto entrando in tilt

Fortunatamente sono riuscita a risolvere il problema! Speriamo che non becco altre brutte sorprese per oggi sono abbastanza soddisfatta della sudata (mentale) fatta! Grazie mille Titti e Steve per i consigli e perdonatemi se vi ho confuso. Saluti ad entrambi a ribeccarci magari non per problematiche!
