Salve a tutti il mio problema consiste nel fatto che dopo aver notato dei problemi nel caricamento di immagini con wordpress ho deciso di aggiornare la mia versione wordpress nella più aggiornata disponibile. Dopo averla aggiornata correttamente e manualmente mi è è arrivata questa richiesta:
E’ richiesto l’aggiornamento del database:
WordPress è stato aggiornato! Prima di proseguire, dobbiamo aggiornare il database alla nuova versione.
L’aggiornamento richiederà un po’ di tempo, occorre avere pazienza.
e dopo pochi secondi:
Aggiornamento completato
Il tuo database di WordPress è stato aggiornato con successo!
Il problema sta che nonostante tutto provando a loggarmi in wordpress mi esce sempre il messaggio “E’ richiesto l’aggiornamento del database”
Mi devo preoccupare?

Aprendo un Ticket su Aruba non ci sono state risposte positive, sembra che il problema consista in WordPress. Per favore, aiutatemi, aiutateci, perchè al momento non posso lavorare e sono in estrema difficoltà !

Io comunque sono stato costretto a caricare il backup che ho fatto prima di iniziare la procedura di aggiornamento.
Purtroppo in rete non ho trovato una soluzione al problema, quindi ti consiglio di caricare la versione di wordpress che avevi prima…..

Io ho vari backup di database del mio sito prima dell’aggiornamento, come posso ripristinare il backup? Wolly non accedendo al pannello di controllo come riesco a lavorare?

che avevi le mail in coda… e ora arrivan tutte assieme la coda la puoi avere in invio e in arrivo.. dipende dai tuoi provider forse avendo allegati grossi ci mettono più tempo…

se sei su aruba, prova a controlalre il database se ha qualche tabella corrotta, ripara il database e vedi quello che succede.

Non ci sono tabelle rotte, e nella riparazione non c’è nulla di anomalo ma la situazione non si risolve, cosa pensate io debba fare in questa situazione?

Ciao, secondo me ti è successa la stessa identica cosa che è capitata a me.
Praticamente io ho provato a fare l’aggiornamento di WordPress, non sapendo che avevo il database scaduto, perciò dopo l’aggiornamento si bloccava ed usciva sempre la stessa schermata:
“Il tuo database di WordPress è stato aggiornato con successo!”
ma in realtà non aggiornava nulla, in quanto il database era scaduto.
Lo devi rinnovare dal pannello di Aruba, poi dopo, se non hai ancora caricato il tuo backup, poi provare a completare l’aggiornamento, che dovrebbe andare a buon fine, con il database rinnovato.
Altrimenti, con FileZilla, ti connetti all’ FTP e carichi il tuo backup, facendo attenzione a cancellare prima i file già presenti sul server.
Se ti serve aiuto, fammi sapere, ieri sono impazzito dietro a questa situazione, quindi capisco quello che stai passando.

Per mia opinione personale
posso consigliare di non aggiornare direttamente wordpress per evitare simili inceppi,
ma metto il wordpress (tutti i file del sito) in una cartella
se non è già installato in una cartella e allora la rinomino “backup”
poi installo una nuova versione aggiornata…
se tutto funziona posso caricare il backup del database effettuata dalla prima versione,
altrimenti porto nuovamente in linea la prima versione con il suo database ancora intatto e i suoi file non aggiornati.
In seguito posso con calma organizzarmi per fare ulteriori tentativi senza per questo aver creato grossi disagi agli utenti.
Spero di evitarvi particolari frustrazioni per aggiornamenti mal riusciti.
