Sul mio host ho problemi di File Count e le cartelle più sostanziose sono quelle in wp-content/uploads/2011 o 2010 ecc …
Vorrei sapere se è possible cancellarne il contenuto.

hai problemi di che?
Quelle cartelle contengono i file (immagini di solito) che hai caricato allegato ai tuoi articoli vedi tu se puoi cancellarli…

L’host dove ho il sito, mi dice che ho troppi file sul mio spazio, e quindi devo liberare spazio, dai log le cartelle con + file sono appunto upload e cache.
Cache l’ho cancellata, il dubbio risiede su upload.

quella direi che proprio non puoi cancellarla… ma si può sempre cambiare host

In effetti non voglio cancellare la cartela ma “svuotarla”, all’interno ho i classici 2009 , 20010 , 2011 , se svuoto queste sotto cartelle l'”unico” problema che dovrei riscontrare è quello delle immagini ?

PS : mi dai un buon host per wp (mi serve un host che permetti il multidomini GRATUITO e possibilmente una buona velocità di gestione del db)

webperte ad esempio… poi dipende sempre da quanto si vuole spendere dal volume dei dati di traffico etc… non vi sono “ancora” buoni host per wp per tutte le esigenze

Aggiungo che è valido in termini prestazionali ma “pesante” nella gestione che richiede diverse conoscenze tecniche… altrimenti host in USA ne trovi diversi e ci sono decine di forum italiani dove si parla di hosting. In ogni caso è la prima volt che sento di un hosting che si lamenta per il numero di file…
