Buondi Ragazzi, vi inoltro il mio problema…ho creato un wordpress in locale con WAMP, ora devo metterlo online per mostrarlo ai clienti, cosa faccio:
– Creo cartella su dominio web
– creo database vuoto ed anche utente
– esporto database del sito in locale
– copio tutta la cartella del sito in locale tramite ftp remoto
– cambio url in wp-option
– sistemo file htaccess.
Ma niente pagina bianca sia su sito che su wp-admin.
Aprendo il debug mi da ” Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Query’ not found in ../wp-settings.php on line 296″
Heeeelp avete qualche info da potermi dare? grazie infinite.

ahhaha, sorry, per la fretta di scrivere mi son dimenticato di riportarlo, intendevo dire un altro errore di file:”Fatal error: Call to undefined function pings_open()”…..
Dici sempre riferito a transfer ftp?

Ricarica i file di WordPress da un pacchetto fresco, escluso quelli che eventualmente non devono essere sovrascritti in wp-content.
Grazie della dritta, immaginavo che a questo punto l’unica era di caricare i file puliti di wordpress e poi sistemare il resto, grazie.
Quindi comunque mi confermate che nel momento in cui in locale il sito funziona e faccio passaggio a remoto se escono problemi tipo solito 500 del genere e per colpa di file che nell’import tramite ftp si rovinano?
PS: perché quando vado a copiare l’intera cartella del sito, su una cartella vuota mentre fa l’import ad un certo punto mi domanda se voglio sovrascrivere alcuni file? se prima non c’era niente come mai fa cosà¬? ed in questo caso devo sovrascrivere o no?

Assolutamente no, è una cosa che hai detto tu questa, non noi. Le cause di un errore 500 possono essere molteplici: è il server che risponde con un errore generico, non necessariamente relativo a WordPress o a qualsiasi altro CMS che usi; se fai questo di mestiere dovresti saperlo. Stai facendo di tutta l’erba un fascio, generalizzando: non hai aperto questo topic con la richiesta per un errore 500, che è altra cosa. Se ora hai un errore di quel tipo servono tutte le informazioni del caso dopo aver fatto le prove richieste qua sotto e rigenerato i permalink per escludere che si tratti di WP, oppure consulta il log degli errori del server.
Anche attribuire all'”import tramite ftp” la corruzione dei file è inappropriato.

Non so, secondo te perché? Forse perché già coesistono nella cartella che stai caricando? La logica direbbe cosà¬, altro non lo posso immaginare dato che non sono lଠe solo tu sai cosa stai caricando – e naturalmente questo non ha nulla a che fare con WP. Se non sai come configurare il client FTP rivolgiti al forum del client che stai usando.
Se oltre a quelli di WP non sai quali file caricare, non possiamo dirtelo noi.
