Buona sera!
Ho installato sul mio sito WordPress Download Manager 2.8.9, poi aggiornato alla vversione successiva. Fin dall’inizio, dopo aver effettuato le usuali prove: disattivazione degli altri plug-in e visualizzazione con uno dei temi standard, ho notato che gli shortcode non mandano nulla a schermo. Eppure il plug sembrerebbe funzionare, a vedere dal widget laterale che ho installato.
Quale potrebbe essere il problema? Ho guardato anche il loro support, ma non ho trovato una risposta che possa fare il caso mio!
p.s.: Ho installato anche WordPress Download Manager Shortcode, ma anche questi non hanno lo stesso problema: unici short che non fanno il loro dovere di tutti quelli che utilizzo riferiti ad altri plug.

Innanzitutto mi scuso per il titolo scritto in maiuscolo! Pur sapendolo, l’ho fatto sopra pensiero!
Integro il post di ieri fornendo l’indirizzo della pagina su cui dovrebbe operare lo short di WPDM.
Ho provato a scriverlo in modo erroneo per vedere se mi dava a schermo qualcosa di diverso, ed effettivamente mi è uscito quanto scritto tra parentesi quadre. Quindi ritengo che il problema sia un altro, ma non riesco a trovare una soluzione.

Ciao, l’indirizzo non l’hai scritto, l’unico link visibile è calcioitaliastory.it, se pubblichi una pagina con qualche shortcode sarebbe meglio.
Prova comunque a disabilitare Better WordPress Minify, cancellando anche la cache ovviamente.

Hai ancora attiva una cache con Autoptimize, se non disattivi e cancelli la cache anche di questo perdiamo tempo tutti.
Ci sono un po’ di errori, file non caricati, forse dovuti a uno dei plugin di cache, ti consiglio di sistemare prima i malfunzionamenti usando l’inspector di Chrome per verificare i file che non vengono caricati, ma prima devi disattivare qualsiasi plugin di cache e assicurarti di cancellare completamente la cache.
Al momento nella pagina che hai linkato non vedo nessuno shortcode, nel senso non vedo nessun codice, ma nella sidebar destra vedo i link per scaricare dei file .exe, guarda questo screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/ENS3kWF.png

Per il momento ho risolto disattivando Autoptimize. Purtroppo ne risentono le prestazioni del sito. Sto cercando di risolvere la cosa, ma ho praticamente finito le idee. Se qualcuno ha qualcosa da suggerirmi ne sarei ben felice!
Al momento ho installato wp-super cache, con V£3 TC non mi trovo e Zencache richiede un aggiornamento del PHP che non so se vada bene con l’hosting Aruba (tempo o tre mesi e si migra), ma nel frattempo cerco di fare il meglio!

Ma hai letto quello che ti ho scritto sopra?
C’è un file che non viene caricato e altri errori che devi verificare con gli strumenti di Chrome, ma se vuoi un aiuto devi disattivare qualsiasi plugin di cache in modo da poter capire se è un problema causato dal gestore di cache o da che altro.
Hai scritto che vedevi il codice shortcode e ti ho postato uno screenshot in cui si vedono alcuni download, se non dai una conferma o meno diventa per tutti una perdita di tempo.

Faccio il punto della situazione, fornendo qualche spiegazione!
Io lavoro con uno screen reader vocale che non si interfaccia con la famiglia di chrome, pertanto mi è stato impossibile fare quanto suggerito da Nick. Ho provato a scaricarmi l’html della pagina e quanto sono riuscito a vedere era il mancato caricamento di un file CSS nell’HEAD del sito.
A questo punto ho provato un altro plug in per il defer parsing, ma WPDM continua a darmi lo stesso problema al momento dell’attivazione e della configurazione.
Non contento, ho configurato un Instant WordPress rispettando gli stessi parametri, in modo da poter spippolare liberamente, senza stressare ulteriormente il sito. Ho provato a spostare manualmente nel footer le righe di codice PHP che richiamano gli script dei plug in nellHEAD, prima con la cache attiva, e poi con i plug di cache disattivati. Il sito funzionerebbe, ma Download Manager persiste nel darmi lo stesso problema ucon gli script differiti.
Purtroppo io non so programmare in linguaggio PHP, pur comprendendo alcuni passaggi. C’è la possibilità di inserire una condizione che mi permetta di mantenere gli script di questo plug nell’HEAD?
Scusate se a volte sembra che io non legga quanto mi state suggerendo; in realtà spesso il web fornisce soluzioni non compatibili con gli strumenti a mia disposizione, primo fra tutti l’inpossibilità di leggere le immagini.
