Ciao a tutti,
a partire da giugno sarà obbligatorio rispettare la nuova normativa europea sui cookie ( finora era in una sorta di rodaggio ) pena multe pecuniarie salatissime.
per chi non lo sapesse si tratta di mettere un avviso per tutti gli utenti riguardo all’uso di cookie sul sito, collegato a una pagina con la specifica descrizione dei cookie utilizzati etc etc. Detta molto male e sintetica.
Esistono già dei plug-in che creano un banner d’avviso customizzabile, il problema è che a quanto pare ogni volta che un visitatore accede e da il suo consenso all’utilizzo dei cookie in teoria bisognerebbe registrare il fatto che questo visitatore ha dato il suo consenso, tracciare quindi questa operazione. Almeno cosଠpare.
Ora, al di fuori del commentare l’ennesima follia burocratica di un mondo in declino, volevo chiederVi consiglio riguardo il plug-in da usare. Vi è gia capitato di affrontare il problema ? Conoscete qualche plug-in completo e utile allo scopo ?

Quello che conta, di fondamentale importanza, è un avviso chiaro che dovrà avvisare l’utente riguardo l’uso dei cookies, in particolare sulla profilazione: http://www.garanteprivacy.it/web/guest/home/docweb/-/docweb-display/docweb/3167231

Quindi quando parla di TENER TRACCIA, intende solamente l’invio di un cookie tecnico per non riproporre il banner all’utente ?
La mia interpretazione è questa.

A quanto pare si, ma giusto per evitare equivoci, quello è l’unico cookie utilizzabile senza esplicito consenso da parte dell’utente, che comunque verrebbe accettato nel momento in cui accetta i cookies di profilazione, su tutti gli altri deve essere avvisato con un testo anche breve ma è obbligatoria una pagina dettagliata.

Io, per il momento, ho optato per questa soluzione. Non è un plugin, ma è molto facile da implementare anche in un sito WordPress. Offre una vasta gamma di personalizzazioni, tra cui anche il blocco dei cookies (ad esempio Analytics) fino a esplicita accettazione del visitatore (io però non ho impostato questa opzione, quindi non l’ho ancora testata).
C’è da dire che le modalità e i limiti dell’applicazione di questa legge sono ancora ben lontani dall’essere chiari e allo stato attuale è tutto suscettibile di libera interpretazione. Avrete notato che anche i siti più in vista hanno adottato soluzioni diversificate e quasi sempre non conformi. Sicuramente nei prossimi mesi (ma io direi anche anche anni, visto come stanno andando le cose) tutto sarà più chiaro e definitivo.

Comunque ho optato per il Divas Cookies. Il dubbio del tener traccia dei consensi l’ho capito quindi, grazie mille.
Per l’informativa estesa sui cookie, avrete presente che bisogna sempre segnalare che cookie vengono utilizzati e cosa fanno questi cookie, capirete che è piuttosto oneroso e complicato da gestire. Ho trovato quindi e vi consiglio questo plug-in: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cookie-cat/
In sostanza rileva in automatico e dinamicamente i cookie che utilizza il sito e ne fornisce la descrizione, in inglese però.
Tramite uno shortcode si inserisce lo schema nella parte dell’informativa che deve mostrare i cookie utilizzati e spiegarli e lui in automatico crea l’elenco e la tabella con le info.
Davvero, davvero utile.

Buon giorno, ho provato il plugin da te citato, interessantissimo.
Al di la dell’inglese, alcuni cookie non vengono categorizzati e non hanno descrizione, quindi ignoro di quale parte siano.
Ho provato a cercare le descrizioni dei singoli cookie in internet…….ma pare che non ci sia un enciclopedia attendibile.
Mi acconteneteri di fare la tabella manualmente, pur di metterci all’interno info corrette, sulla categoria dei cookie e descrizione.
Conoscete delle alternative?

ragazzi non so voi ne ho provati di tutti
sono mesi che mi sbatto ho comprato iubenda,
ho comprato altri plugin su codecanyon
ora ho comprato l’ultimo di un italiano
WP COOKIE PRIVACY da qui http://www.wpcookieprivacy.com
e al momento pare l’unico che li blocca veramente
sti cacchio di cookie.
Funziona con un copia e incolla praticamente
metti nel plugin gli script che creano cookie
e lui te li blocca finchè non accetti.
Si può pure personalizzare graficamente
dal punto di vista cromatico cosi come prevede la legge
(lo sfondo del banner deve essere diverso da quello del sito)
spero di esservi stato utile.
Ultimamente con sta storia dei cookie
praticamente ho fatto, letto, consultato solo questo
sono diventato un esperto praticamente
quasi quasi mi metto a fare l’avvocato va..
