Ciao a tutti, ho appena scoperto (per caso) un problema che affligge la mia installazione di wordpress.
dopo essermi loggato correttamente (sia da admin che da altro ruolo) quando tento di accedere alla bacheca esce fuori una pagina completamente bianca (anche di codice).
L’evento paranormale è che cio’ avviene con qualsiasi browser di qualsiasi PC ma non su quello che uso abitualmente e da cui gestisco il blog (Chrome 7).
Qualcuno puo’ suggerirmi come risolvere il problema?

giardare nel log degli errori del server quale errore capita.

Grazie 1000 per l’aiuto, purtroppo sto su un server condiviso e non posso cambiare le impostazioni sull’utilizzo di memoria di PHP (questa è la soluzione che ho trovato sul forum).
Googlando ho anche visto che
class-simplepie.php
serve per i feed, dei quali peraltro non ho bisogno poichè utilizzo wordpress come sito statico. E' possibile disabilitare questo script?`

no non devi modificare il php.ini defi inserire un define in wp-config.php, adesso non ho tempo per cercarlo clikka sul link che segue e trova i 3d dove si parla dell’inserimemto del DEFINE memory linit nel wp-config.

Purtroppo nel mio shared-server, ma suppongo in molti, la quantità di memoria utilizzabile dagli script PHP è limitata dall’amministratore per garantire il ‘fair use’ delle risorse condivise, anche se dicessi a WP di provare ad allocare una quantità di memoria superiore ai 32M si scontrerebbe con la policy del php.ini della root al quale io non ho accesso.)
Comunque ho risolto disattivando il plugin più pesante e meno indispensabile che avevo (SlimStat) in modo da consumare meno memoria al momento dell’accesso in bacheca, e adesso funziona tutto regolarmente.

Purtroppo sto su Lunarpages; ottimo host, è la prima volta che incappo in un problema. Sul forum di supporto ho trovato altre testimonianze a proposito del mio stesso problema, il consiglio dato dallo staff è di prendersi un dedicato…
