Salve a tutti, sono felice di aver trovato una community italiana, innanzitutto.
Vi sottopongo il mio problema: ho un blog multiautore e vorrei che authors e contributors potessero vedere, nella lista post dalla dashboard, la lista di tutti gli articoli pubblicati ed in programma.
Attualmente gli utenti del blog visualizzano solo i propri posts, a me piacerebbe che potessero vedere i titoli di tutti i post, inibendone pero’ tutte le funzioni di modifica, cancellazione, etc.
Solo una lista degli ultimi post e di quelli in programma, ho visto nella dashboard dei blog di un noto network ad iscrizione aperta che questa cosa è possibile, cioe’ iscrivendomi al suddetto blog vedevo tutta la lista degli articoli senza pero’ poter passare all’editor.
Cercando in rete ho intuito che si possa fare modificando wp-admin/edit.php, ma prima di impazzire a cercare il come mi premeva chiedere a qualcuno che magari lo ha gia’ fatto.
Se puo’ essere d’aiuto utilizzo già il plugin role scoper, che pero’ non mi sembra permetta di fare una cosa del genere.

Utenti con quei ruoli di base dovrebbero già vedere nella dashboard gli articoli di tutti, ma non possono modificarli.
Infatti:
•Author:
Può editare, pubblicare e cancellare i propri post e caricare immagini.
•Contributor:
Può scrivere ed editare i propri post, ma non li può pubblicare (la pubblicazione deve essere fatta da un Editor o da un Administrator.
Credo tu abbia qualche plugin che interferisce con il sistema di visualizzazione degli articoli in edit.php.
Tra l’altro modificare il file edit.php non è una soluzione del tutto valida, anzi, poichè al prossimo aggiornamento di WP dovresti rifare la modifica sul file.
Ti consiglio di disattivare tutti i plugin che gestiscono i ruoli e di installare questo: Capability Manager 1.3.2
Con esso puoi gestire dal menu Utenti, tutte le capacità ruolo per ruolo ed ottenere il risultato che desideri.
