Ciao a tutti e BUON ANNO!
Ho il seguente blog che gestisco oramai da qualche anno:

hosting: aruba su linux
versione wp: 3.5ita
dopo un pò di inattività in questi giorni mi é venuta voglia di ricominciare a postare.
Mi si é ripresentato, però, un vecchissimo problema che mi porto dietro da parecchio tempo senza riuscire a risolverlo e che questa volta vorrei provare, con il vostro aiuto, a debellare.
Alcuni file non sono accessibili.
Per esempio http://www.madgrin.com/wp-content/plugins/google-analyticator/download-button.png che esiste e non é corrotta se provate a cliccarci sopra otterrete
No input file specified.
La conseguenza di questa cosa é che nel pannello di controllo del blog le sezioni di configurazione di alcuni plugin si vedono male, a volte non vengono caricati i css, alcune voci scompaiono, ecc …
Cosa ho fatto:
1-reinstallato tutto wp (ho tolto tutto fuorchè wp-config e wp-content che però ho un pò pulito.
2-ripristinato i permessi delle cartelle con il pannello di controllo di aruba
3-disattivato tutti i plugin e rimesso il tema di default
4-provato a mettere i permessi di tutte le cartelle a 755 (alla faccia della sicurezza)
A questo punto le mie idee si esauriscono.
Avete qualcosa da consigliarmi?

Ho dato un’occhiata alla sorgente e in tutti i plugins non c’è niente, mi sa che hai pulito un pò troppo.
Consiglio:
Backup del sito
Cancella tutto via ftp tranne htaccess e wp.config.php
Carica una nuova versione di wp
Crea una cartella uploads nella giusta posizione e caricaci il contenuto della stessa che hai dal backup
Prova il sito con il tema di default.
Se funziona caricaci il tuo tema e i vari plugins che siano compatibili con la 3.5 e ad ogni step controlla che tutto funzioni

Direi di si, poi questa non l’ho capita visto che sono i permessi di default, mahh
4-provato a mettere i permessi di tutte le cartelle a 755 (alla faccia della sicurezza)

elmanisero e SteveAgl: il sito non era accessibile a causa di qualche casino fatto coi permessi. L’ho ricaricato e ora é tornato a funzionare (come prima = alcuni elementi come la “famosa immagine” non sono accessibili!)
elmanisero: non ho capito bene il tuo suggerimento “Crea una cartella uploads nella giusta posizione e caricaci il contenuto della stessa che hai dal backup”.
Cioè nel mio backup ci dovrebbe essere una cartella uploads che devo andare a copiare nella nuova uploads o nella nuova uploads devo copiare tutto il vecchio sito?
Per quanto riguarda i permessi io sapevo che non tutti devono stare a 755 http://bloggerfaidate.com/wordpress-sicurezza-permessi-chmod/
SteveAgl: c’era tutto SteveAgl. Solo casini coi permessi ora risistemati!
Provo anche ad aprire un ticket con Aruba …

Il tuo sito è uguale a prima e non hai fatto quello che ti avevo detto.
Dal sito che linki c’è scritto chiaramente
Cartelle
Di default, tutte le cartelle devono avere i permessi impostati a 755, per favorire l’accesso e l’esecuzione dei file delle sotto-cartelle. Nel caso della cartella “downloads“, solo gli utenti registrati potranno accedere ai file presenti al suo interno.

Da quanto scrivi è meglio che lasci stare tutto e ti rivolgi ad un professionista.

Il tuo sito è uguale a prima e non hai fatto quello che ti avevo detto.
Non ho ancora fatto quanto mi suggerivi perché il backup del sito é una operazione lunga e volendo minimizzare gli interventi e i tempi preferisco aspettare il risultato dell’apertura del ticket con Aruba cosଠse risolvono loro non devo fare nulla altrimenti seguirò il tuo consiglio.
Il sito, dopo che l’avevo reinstallato, é tornato allo stato pre-smanettamento (ovvero le sotto pagine si vedono ma alcuni file, come quello segnalato a inizio post, risultano ancora non accessibili).
Il messaggio “errore 5000” per la pagina http://www.madgrin.com/wp-content/ non compare più ma la pagina é bianca.
Ma é bianca anche su altri siti che gestisco (altri spazi, altri dbase) quindi forse é normale (altrimenti che dovrebbe comparire?)

A causa del poco tempo e della fretta nello scrivere e leggere le risposte ho commesso due errori:
-nel mio primo post quando ho scritto di aver messo a 755 tutte le cartelle sono stato impreciso. Volevo scrivere cartelle e file. Per le cartelle sapevo già che 755 era l’impostazione di default ma per i file non lo é. Ci ho provato ma senza successo.
-quando tu scrivevi UPLOADS io leggevo UPGRADE (l’avevo smucinata poco prima e mi era rimasta impressa). Rileggendo quanto hai scritto ora ho capito il suggerimento.

Questa la sapevo ma, come ti dicevo, mi ero confuso con la cartella upgrade che immagino il cms usi per l’aggiornamento automatico.

Basta che apri il codice sorgente del tuo sito e clicchi su tutte le url dove c’è scritto plugins.
In quale posizione è la cartella plugins?

Non è questione di alcune immagini che non si vedono ma che tutti i plugin non sono raggiungibili.
Basta che apri il codice sorgente del tuo sito e clicchi su tutte le url dove c’è scritto plugins.
In quale posizione è la cartella plugins?
Cavoli, di questa cosa non mi ero proprio accorto!
(anche perchè gli altri plugin sembrano funzionare bene!)
I plugin sono nel percorso di default di wp:
/wp-content/plugins/
da cosa può dipendere?

Dal casino che hai fatto con i permessi e/o con la tua “pulizia” per quello che ti avevo suggerito di reinstallare tutto.

Ok, allora credo che mi dovrò proprio ritagliare un paio di ore e procedere!
Tornerò a raccontarvi tra qualche giorno i risultati della reinstallazione!
