Ciao a Tutti, poichè sono maldestro mentre smanettavo con il cpanel di Tophost ho cancellato WordPress … non è rimasta traccia.
Ho prontamente reinstallato tutto nuovamente su Tophost e la procedura è andata a buon fine.
La mia domanda è questa: dal Backup del database sql (effettuato da myphopadmin) come posso ripristinare gli articoli che avevo inserito e che sono ben presenti nel file sql del backup del database che ho effettuato prima di aver cancellato wordpress?
Dal mio backup del database sql posso reintrodurre gli articoli scritti su WordPress che ho irrimediabilmente cancellato?

nel wiki c’è la guida sia per il backup che per il ripristino.
PS: Non scherzo, bravo che hai fatto il backup, sei tra i pochi, se si ha il backup si può anche distruggere tutto senza perdere nulla.

Grazie Wolly, ma cosଠfacendo non mi permetteva di visualizzare l’home page … potevo solo accedere al pannello di amministrazione.
Ho quindi creato un nuovo db su tophost e ho importato il file di backup della versione di WP che ho brasato e dopo aver rigenerato il db ho estratto da questo solo la tabella WP_POST (contiene tutti gli articoli).
Ho cancellato il db creato e ne ho creato uno nuovo e ho reinstallato WP; poi sono entrato nel db della nuova e ultima installazione ho cercato la tabella WP_POST e l’ho cancellata per importare il file backup della cartella WP_Post precedentemente estratta col backup “esporta” che è presente in MyPhpAdmin.
Tutto pare funzionare… Grazie ancora Assone
