Sul mio blog ci sono quasi soltanto pagine, ognuna delle quali continete un racconto.
Ho messo google analitycs, che nei “contenuti” presenta le pagina visitate con il formato /?page_id=74 .
Mi sarebbe utile che apparisse con un formato in cui, in qualsiasi modo, sia presente “titoloracconto”.
Come posso fare?

Beh gugl vede ciò che vedono gli utenti e visitatori, se ti fornisce risultati con le url “/?page_id=IdDellaPagina” significa che quello è l’indirizzo delle pagine, cosଠcome WordPress le “chiama” di default.
Volendo cambiarle tutte (una pagina da esempio: nomedominio.it/il-mio-gatto/) dovresti personalizzare i permalink; ma poi allora tutti i vecchi indirizzi andrebbero re-direzionati ai nuovi..
Quale struttura scegliere?
Io userei anno/mese/data/ per i posts ed il semplice titolo per le pagine.
Come?
Dall’apposito pannello degli strumenti di WordPress alla voce “permalink” e dopo di ciò col plugin Redirection, per re-direzionare i vecchi link ai nuovi.

non serve redizionare i vecchi link che essendo quelli di default wp li reindirizza lo stesso. Discorso diverso se fossero già permalink personalizzati

E’ vero! Tant’è che gli shortlink di default di WordPress son proprio quelli.

PS io non ho modificato niente dei permalink, dei quali ho un’idea vaga… sono i link alle pagine interne del blog? Perchè “perma”?

Oggi su google analytics – ricordo che mi interessa identificare le pagine (solo le pagine) su googleAnalytics, trovo [-/?page_id=74]
Immagino sia la conseguenza del settaggio di default dei permalink nella “forma” [http://stefanodesanctis.it/?p=123]
In nessuno degli esempi che fa WP mi pare si parli di “pagine”. Oppure devo intendere che “post” sia un termine generico di WordPress con il quale si intendono sia gli “articoli” che le “pagine”?
O forse devo fare una “struttura personalizzata”? Willi diceva, se ho capito bene, di usare anno/mese/data per i posts e il titolo per le pagine: questo sembra implicare che ci siano due diverse “forme” dei permalink, una per i post e uno per le pagine? E questo come lo farei?

Per la struttura… quella data da Zhenya è sicuramente corretta in teoria, ma in pratica dipende molto dagli argomenti del blog e da quanto possano avere un importante aspetto cronologico o no, l’importante è che siano chiari, non troppo lunghi e che non abbiano elementi inutili, ma valuta bene prima di scegliere la struttura giusta, perché poi cambiarli in corsa non è consigliabile soprattutto per gli eventuali backlink

Hai detto che nel tuo blog ci sono quasi soltanto pagine e che t’interessa il titolo dell’articolo nel link, quindi scegli una struttura che comprenda il titolo, e sarà cosଠanche per le pagine.

Hai detto che nel tuo blog ci sono quasi soltanto pagine e che t’interessa il titolo dell’articolo nel link, quindi scegli una struttura che comprenda il titolo, e sarà cosଠanche per le pagine.
mi interessa il titolo delle pagina (non degli articoli). Scusa la puntualizzazione: mi serve a capire, nella terminologia di WP, che cosa equivale a che cosa e che cosa è specifico.
Riprendo due degli esempi di WordPress che riportavo sopra
1)

se seleziono questo, credo di capire che avrò come risultato che GoogleAn esponga i titoli dei post. Solo i titoli dei post o anche quelli delle pagine?

se invece seleziono questo, avrò come risultato che GoogleAn esponga i titoli delle pagine) (“archives” = pagine?)
Alla fine, non pretendo di capire tutto fino in fondo, mi accontento se mi dettate una stringa e mi dite dove metterla, per ottenere che GoogleAnalytics esponga, invece di [-/?page_id=74], una qualsiasi stringa in cui sia contenuto “titolopagina”. Questo perchè, come dicevo, ogni pagina contiene un racconto, il titolo della pagina è = titolo del racconto, e mi interessa capire quali sono i più letti.

Se ti interessa una struttura personalizzata, e mi sembra di sà¬, lascia perdere le righe scritte sopra.
In struttura personalizzata, le stringhe ammesse sono queste:
%year% l’anno del post
%monthnum% il mese del post
%day% il giorno del post
%hour% l’ora del post
%minute% il minuto del post
%second% il secondo del post
%postname% il titolo del post
%post_id% il codice numerico del post
%category% la categoria del post
%tag% i tag del post
%author% il nome dell’autore
Quindi, se nel link t’interessa solo il titolo (che sia pagina, articolo, racconto… non importa) metterai:
/%postname%.l’estensione che preferisci o anche niente, ricordati la barra all’inizio

La scelta dei permalink è una cosa abbastanza personale, cioè si fa sulla base delle proprie esigenze e.. “credenze” (inteso per credenze seo x seo).
In linea di massima il suggerimento è che se hai più pagine che posts significa che questi ultimi non sono “giornalieri”, forse mensili? Quindi potrebbe andare bene anche miodominio.it/anno/mese/sample-post/
Ma se invece pensi che scriverai di frequente allora meglio quella detta all’inizio, data, ovvero miodominio.it/anno/mese/giorno/sample-post/
E’ ovvio che scegliendo questo tipo di permalink le pagine appariranno miodominio.it/sample-page/
Quindi, ricapitolando:::
1. Mese e nome /2011/06/sample-post/ Selezionando questo avrai il risultato che le url di posts e pagine saranno come appena detto sopra. Col tempo Gugl esporrà queste url.
2. Per il numerico lo dice il nome stesso; avresti per posts e pagine un numero e non qualcosa di scritto.. Le url sarebbero poco diverse da quelle attualmente in uso.

quindi mi confermate che usando la forma scritta sopra, che è una di quelle che WP propone, sia i post sia le pagine saranno esposti, appena Google se ne sarà accorto, il posto con il titolo dle post e la pagina con il titolo della pagina?
Scusate l’insistenza, ma è difficile capirsi quando termini come post articolo pagina archives pages vengono usati a volte come equivalenti a volte come differenti….

Vorrei comunque le url delle pagine miosito.it/sample-page/ e però i posts devono avere una data.. Quale data?
Solo anno e mese:
Seleziono la terza proposta di wp, quella “Mese e nome”.
No, vorrei anche il giorno:
Bene seleziono “Data e nome”.
p.s.
Qui nessuno reputa equivalenti articolo (post) e (page) pagina!

Sà¬, se finisci il tuo link con “sample-post” (che equivale a “postname”), l’indirizzo finirà con il titolo/nome della pubblicazione (che sia articolo, pagina, foto…). Prima mettici quello che vuoi in base alle tue esigenze (o anche niente, anche se qualcuno lo sconsiglia).
In realtà “post” (sostantivo) in inglese non significa “articolo”, ma è stato tradotto cosଠper comodità e anche perché non c’è un corrispettivo italiano (post significa posta, e altre cose relative a quell’ambito). Articolo sarebbe “article”, di cui si dice ancora quando si parla di testi pubblicati su giornali di carta.
Post (on line) va inteso quindi prima di tutto come termine generico per molte pubblicazioni: testo, foto, articolo, racconto, domanda/risposta in un forum, messaggio…
In WP (e simili) post può assumere in particolare il significato di articolo dinamico in senso stretto e prioritario per distinguerlo da quello di Pagina statica (perché in senso lato, come detto, anche una pagina è un post), solo perché sono due strutture di tipo diverso, cosଠcome a sua volta “Pagina” è diversa da “pagina 1, 2, 3…”

Ognuno di questi termini può avere significati diversi, ma non vanno confusi in ambito WP.
