Salve a tutti,
premetto che prima di scrivere ho fatto una ricarca accurata ma non mi sembra di aver trovato nulla compatibile alla mie richieste.
Vorrei creare una pagina apposita in cui visualizzare le informazioni di una ricerca nel sito. attualemnte i risultati di una ricerca vengono visulizzati nell’index, allo stesso modo con cui vorrebbero visualizzati i vari post.
Per creare una search page, ho seguito in maniera meticola questo link. Una volta terminata la creazione della pagina (che ho chiamato search) l’ho pubblicata e ho modificato l’action del searchform in modo che puntasse a
action="<?php bloginfo('home'); ?>/search"
Ovviamente usando i permalink.
La text box dalla quale fare la ricerca è nella homepage. Ora se provo a fare una qualsiasi ricerca quello che visualizzo è un errore 404, nonstante l'url che viene visualizzato nel browser (associato ai relativi paramentri di ricerca) sia quello corretto.
Ho anche provato a lasciare il loop, nonostante nel codex mi consigli di torglierlo ma la situazione non cambia
Qualche idea o suggerimenti?
P.S: se può essere d'aiuto uso la versione 2.6.3

Hai controllato il risultato in html di
action="<?php bloginfo('home'); ?>/search"
?

Si, il risultato è corretto, questo è un motivo in più per cui non mi spiego l’errore

scusate, ma a scanzo di equivoci vorrei precisare che il sito di cui sto parlando è quello presente nel mio profilo anche se ora ho riportato la situazione come era in oringine, ossia con il redirect ad un segnalibro posto nella stessa pagina della index.
