Ho provato a cercare con la funzione “search” qui sul sito, ma non mi è molto chiaro cosa e come devo fare per richiamare un file precedentemente salvato di backup.
Ho due file disponibili, uno in versione compressa ed uno in versione.sql (quest’ultimo però risale al 20 novembre, mentre il file con estensione .sql.gz è dell’altro ieri..)
Il dubbio mi viene sulla procedura, mi spiego:
Devo prima cancellare l’intero DB e poi richimare il file di backup?
Devo solo richiamre il file di backup senza cancellare niente? (sovrascriverlo dunque)
Vorrei ritornare a WP come ce lo avevo prima di installare Wp Super Cache, tutto qui.

puoi usare phpmyadmin per ripristinare il file .sql precedentemente esportato.
Volendo prima puoi anche eliminare tutte le tabelle.
Vorrei ritornare a WP come ce lo avevo prima di installare Wp Super Cache, tutto qui.
WP Super Cache non fa modifiche al database, quindi basta disattivarlo dal pannello plugin.
= Come si disinstalla WP Super Cache? =
1. Svuota la cache nelle Opzioni di WP Super Cache e poi disattivalo nella pagina dei Plugin.
2. Elimina le regole di Super Cache del tuo file .htaccess. Dovrebbero essere queste:

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_METHOD} !=POST
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} !.*=.*

3. Elimina la riga
define('WP_CACHE', true);
dal file wp-config.php4. Elimina i file wp-content/advanced-cache.php e wp-content/wp-cache-config.php
5. Elimina la directory wp-content/cache/
6. Elimina la directory wp-super-cache dalla tua cartella dei plugin.
