Ciao,
per la gestione del mio blog su http://www.unopiuunougualeundici.com/blog/ ho rinominato la cartella WordPress e l’ho chiamata, appunto, “blog”. Poi l’ho caricata sullo spazio FTP. Il resto del sito l’ho fatto a mano in XHTML.
Ora, per questioni organizzative, sto pensando di fare anche il sito (http://www.unopiuunougualeundici.com/) in WordPress.
Cosa devo fare? Installare un secondo database e un secondo WordPress nella root principale? Spero di no.

Sposta WP nella dir principale e correggi gli indirizzi del blog nella tabella wp-option (usando phpmyadmin) ed a questo punto potrai fare il resto del sito creando pagine WP, nelle opzioni hai la possibilità di usare una Pagina WP come pagina principale al posto della pagina del blog.

Ho visto l’impostazione della pagina principale. Fino a lଠok.
Ma quando dici di “correggere gli indirizzi principali nella tabella wp option usando phpmyadmin” già non capisco cosa intendi.
Vorrei comunque che il blog rimanesse nella sua directory “blog”. Facendo come dici tu riesco a ottenere il mio scopo?
Potresti spendere ancora un paio di parole? Te ne sarei molto grato.

Se il blog lo tieni nella sottodirectory non puoi averlo anche nella dir principale, se vuoi fare cosi’ devi mettere una seconda installazione WP nella dir principale usando magari lo stesso DB ma con prefisso tabelle diverso.
