Ciao a tutti
oggi ho aggiornato wp alla ersione 3.0 in italiano.
avendo un server aruba mi è venuto fuori il solito internal server error.
il problema è che non riesco a ripristinare il mio sito.
ho fatto il ripristino dei permessi con il tool di aruba ma non funziona, ho inserito le righe
define(‘FS_CHMOD_FILE’,0755);
define(‘FS_CHMOD_DIR’,0755);
nel file wp-config.php (alla fine) ma anche questo non funziona.
potete aiutarmi??

quelle righe servono solo se vengono inserite PRIMA che si crei il problema.
Ripristina nuovamente i permessi dal pannello di controllo di aruba oppure tramite ftp cambia i permessi a 775 sia sui file che sulle cartelle.

posso esporTi il modo in cui io ho risolto il problema ieri sera, col prezioso aiuto di wolly e DarkWolf.
Ho esploso il file compresso “wordpress_it_IT_3_0” in una cartella con lo stesso nome (ma puoi chiamarla come vuoi, per esempio la indichiamo col nome “mio_nuovo_WP”).
Nella cartella “wp-content” presente in “mio_nuovo_WP” ho aggiunto la subcartella “UPLOADS” del mio sito, già esistente in quanto realizzata con wordpress 2.9.2 ed archiviata per sicurezza sul mio pc (questa operazione è fondamentale, UPLOADS deve essere quella del tuo sito, con tutti i dati e gli allegati); ho inserito su “themes” il tema da me utilizzato e non presente nella cartella proveniente dal file originario “wordpress_it_IT_3_0”; analogamente per la cartella “plugins”.
In “mio_nuovo_WP” ho rinominato “wp-config-sample.php” come “wp-config.php”; vi ho sostituito le righe seguenti:

/** Il tipo di Collazione de Database. Da non modificare se si hanno dei dubbi. */
define(‘DB_COLLATE’, ”);
con quelle presenti nel vecchio “wp-config.php” già realizzato con WP 2.9.2;
ho aperto la pagina indicata: https://api.wordpress.org/secret-key/1.1/salt/
ho selezionato tutto ed ho sostituito il contenuto al posto delle righe seguenti:
define(‘AUTH_KEY’, ‘put your unique phrase here’);
define(‘SECURE_AUTH_KEY’, ‘put your unique phrase here’);
define(‘LOGGED_IN_KEY’, ‘put your unique phrase here’);
define(‘NONCE_KEY’, ‘put your unique phrase here’);
define(‘AUTH_SALT’, ‘put your unique phrase here’);
define(‘SECURE_AUTH_SALT’, ‘put your unique phrase here’);
define(‘LOGGED_IN_SALT’, ‘put your unique phrase here’);
define(‘NONCE_SALT’, ‘put your unique phrase here’);
più in basso, al di sotto di: define (‘WPLANG’, ‘it_IT’);
ho aggiunto le seguenti righe:
/**
* Riparazione permessi
*/
define(‘FS_CHMOD_FILE’,0755);
define(‘FS_CHMOD_DIR’,0755);
A questo punto, tramite Filezilla (o qualsiasi altro programma FTP analogo), ho cancellato quanto presente sul server Aruba e lo ho sostituito con l’intero contenuto della cartella “mio_nuovo_WP”, modificata come sopra descritto.
Alla fine, aggiornerai il database andando alla pagina:
http://www.TUOSITO.XXX/wp-admin/upgrade.php
E’ una operazione interamente manuale, certamente non la più breve o la più canonica, ma in questo modo tutto mi è funzionato alla grande.

domani proverò la soluzione di Mariella.
premetto che però passo da una 3.0 inglese ad una 3.0 italiana….

Per me hai incasinato il file wp-config..
Adesso avrà qualche riga o spazio di troppo a fine (o inizio o in mezzo) al codice e perciò il sito non risponde.
Controllalo con il notepad; ooppure, se lo hai, fai la modifica dei chmod a una copia di quello di backup e uppalo nel server.

Non servirebbe dirlo, ma.. non si sa mai: Backuppa o rinomina (ad esempio: wp-configOLD.php), prima di qualsiasi altra prova, il wp-config che sta nel dominio; non vorrei che se non va poi scopri che non puoi ripristinarlo.

ho provato ad installare wp_ita in una nuova cartella ma mi da lo stesso errore….
