ciao,
ho installato il tema Mandigo che dispone anche dei file per la localizzazione in italiano
http://www.onehertz.com/portfolio/wordpress/mandigo/l10n/
questi file sono copiati nella cartella wp-content/themes/mangido/ ma continuo a leggere tutto in inglese, come mai?
la versione di wordpress è quella scaricata da qui, già localizzata in italiano
wp 2.7

SCaricato il tema messa la directory del tema sulla mia installazione locale di prova, attivato il tema… è in italiano…sulla parte visuale, l’amministrazione è ancora in inglese perchè NON è stata localizzata dallo sviluppatore…

Localizzarlo tu se ne sei capace, il codice proprio non ha le funzione di localizzazione, o scrivere all’autore segnalando la cosa.

forse vuoi dire che l’amministrazione del tema non è tradotta nel file .mo??
esistono temi come Mandigo che hanno un’area di amministrazione che ti permettere un alto margine di configurazione in modo del tutto immediato?

Non solo non è tradotta nel .mo ma non potrà mai venir tradotta perchè nei file PHP del tema che si occupano dell’amministrazione i testi non sono racchiusi nelle funzioni per la lolcaizzazione /eo non hanno il texdomain impostato correttamente (ieri sera mi pare di aver visto entrambe le cose).
Temi ocsà¬à¬ ce ne sono molti in rete (google is your friend) tradotti in iataliano.. non so…
