Salve a tutti ragazzi, sto cercando di implementare il plugin idTabs che teoricamente aiuta a creare una navigazione a tab ma non riesco a capire dove risieda il problema con questo plugin…
Vi spiego la mia situazione, sto realizzando un nuovo template per il mio blog, ed ho assolutamente bisogno di una navigazione a tab nella mia sidebar, sicche’ mi sono messo a cercare un po’ in giro qualche script che mi potesse aiutare nella realizzazione di questo obiettivo. Ho trovato questo plugin e vorrei implementarlo perche’ recentemente sto studiando in maniera approfondita questo framework, il problema che incontro e’ chq quando arrivo ad incollare il codice di esempio nella mia pagina vedo che purtroppo non lavora….
Ho provato, per vedere se il codice funzionava o meno, a crearmi una pagina html di esempio e li il codice funziona perfettamente!!! Ma c’e’ qualcosa che devo fare in piu’? nel senso se linko il jQuery che e incluso in WordPress (che per essere chiari lavora benissimo sulla pagina di esempio che mi sono creato) e poi piazzo il codice HTML necessario al funzionamento dello script nella mia sidebar la cosa dovrebbe funzionare, ma invece niente!
C’e’ per caso qualche problema con il ciclo di WordPress o con qualche variabile impostata?
Lo chiedo piu’ che altro perche’ cercando in giro ho trovato questo tema Gradient Broun Beaty che ha una navigazione a tab come vorrei realizzare, ma controllando il codice ho notato che lui chiama la sidebar attraverso la funzione include() di PHP e non con il classico modo <?php get_sidebar(); ?>… Ho provato a fare anche questo ma niente! A me non vuole lavorare!!!!
Per favore ragazzi datemi una mano!

Il tutto non dipende per NULLA da WP, ipotizzo… non carichi lo script inell’header del tema

Ma come ho detto nel topic precedente, ho creato una pagina html di esempio, nella quale chiamo i file js nello stesso identico modo; e li tutto funziona!
Invece purtroppo all’interno della sidebar di wordpress l’effetto nn funziona…
Spero di trovare qualcuno che mi possa aiutare!

Scusatemi ragazzi ma nn mi sembra di essere cosi’ tonto….
Se metto questo codice in genere mi carica gli script no?
<script src="js/jquery-1.2.6.min.js" type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8"></script>
<script src="js/jquery.idTabs.min.js" type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8"></script>
Carico il file core di jQuery e poi richiamo il plugin, successivamente, per test, ho inserito queste righe nella mia sidebar:
<div id="nav-middle">
<ul class="idTabs">
- jQuery
- Tabs 3
<div id="jquery">If you haven't checked out ...</div>
<div id="official">idTabs is only a simple ...</div>
</div>
E questi codifi funzionano nella pagina html ma NON nella sidebar del mio template… E non riesco proprio a capire come mai!

se il blog dove lo sti provando è quello che si apre clikkando sul tuo nick, dal source NON c’è il richiamo in header.

Ma ho premesso nel primo topic che e’ un template che sto sviluppando in locale, la nuova skin per il 2009, per questo non trovi il richiamo

Teoricamente fai tutto giusto.. nella pratica però senza vedere un esempio “live” difficle diagnosticare cosa potrebbe essere… io sospetto che jquery non venga caricato, metti online il tema e si può darci una occhiata

Ok, ma vorrei sapere se esiste un modo per mettere online un template wordpress e anche testarlo, senza il bisogno di cambiare il template del proprio blog…
Perché vorrei che questo template fosse il meno visto possibile fino a Febbraio e se lo pubblico sul mio sito invece ogni utente che mi viene a visitare può vedere il template non terminato e la cosa non mi piace per niente!

crei sul tuo sito un sottodirectory con nome strano e ci carichi un WP e lo usi come ambiente di test

Scusate ragazzi, ma poi ieri sera c’ho avuto da lavorare e non mi e’ stato possibile creare l’installazione di wordpress adatta ai testing! Cmq se avete voglia di aiutarmi a capire come mai a me non riesce di realizzare questo benedetto effetto il template lo potete trovare a questo indirizzo; spero vivamente che qualcuno mi possa asiutare a risolvere questa situazione!
Per facilitarvi il compito vi dico subito che i file sono richiamati sotto al tag title presente nell’head della pagina. Vi dico che usando le stesse impostazioni il tutto funziona tranquillamente su una pagina html che se volete uppero’ piu’ avanti perche’ ho provato a arrivarci direttamente ma mi da un errore 404…
Nn fate troppo caso alla qualita’ del template che devo ancora finirlo in tutte le sue parti!

che dubito tu abbia in http://www.lifestyleweb.it/testing/js/jquery-1.2.6.min.js mentre nel caso della pagina HTML si o sbaglio? Metti una URL assoluta e poi vediamo, perchè io con firebug non vedo caricato nessuno script caricato

Mah a dire il vero forse mi sono accorto proprio ora dell’errore…. Devo inserire la variabile che mi da la path del template per caricarlo!!! Vado a cercare informazioni e vi aggiorno!

Ragazzi ho trovato l’errore finalmente, il percorso non era scritto nella maniera corretta!
Allora lo scrivo come piccola nota a chiunque voglia inserire uno script esterno all’interno dell’header sappiate che prima del percorso al vostro file dovete inserire:
<?php bloginfo('stylesheet_directory'); ?>
Quindi se per esempio avete un file come il mio jquery-1.2.6.min.js in una cartella js dovrete scrivere:
<script src="<?php bloginfo('stylesheet_directory'); ?>/js/jquery-1.2.6.min.js" type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8"></script>
