Ciao a tutti, sono un “nuovissimo” e ho scaricato WordPress 2.5.1 in italiano. Ho configurato wp-config-sample.php e l’ho rinominato in wp-config.php e quindi ho caricato tutto su AlterVista. Quindi dò http://cnetwork.altervista.org/wp-admin/install.php e mi è venuto:
Errore nello stabilire una connessione al database
Ciò si pu� verificare perchè le informazioni su nome utente e password presenti nel file wp-config.php non sono corrette oppure che non è possibile contattare il server del database a localhost. Ciò potrebbe significare che il server del database del vostro host non è funzionante.
* Siete sicuri di disporre del nome utente e della password corretti?
* Siete sicuri di aver digitato il nome host corretto?
* Siete sicuri che il server del database funzioni?
Se non siete sicuri di cosa significhino questi termini è opportuno che contattiate il vostro host. Se necessitate di ulteriore aiuto visitate il Forum di Supporto di WordPress.

secondo me e’ sbagliato localhost, ora non sono sicuro ma mi pare che altervista dia un indirizzo diverso da localhost, quindi ti consiglio di controllare quella parte li’, del resto dovrebbe essere tutto ok.
edit: ho controllato e localhost e’ giusto. quindi per esclusione dovrebbe essere un problema momentaneo di altervista, suppongo.

edit: ho controllato e localhost e’ giusto. quindi per esclusione dovrebbe essere un problema momentaneo di altervista, suppongo.
Però un mio amico che si è fatto un blog su ALterVista dice che usa localhost

mio cuggggino mi ha detto che c’è una guida su altervista che spiega come configurare le connessioni al database.
