Buongiorno a tutti.
Vorrei chiedere un aiuto per quanto concerne la questione GDPR.
Uso il CMS WordPress per un sito aziendale.
Gli unici dati che possono essere comunicati alla società sono quelli che vengono spediti (tramite form di contatti) nel caso in cui l’utente decida di inviarci una mail per chiedere informazioni o nel caso decida di inviarci il suo CV (allegato pdf) per candidarsi spontaneamente ad una eventuale nostra necessità di lavoratori.
Una volta ricevute le email, le stesse restano nel software di posta elettronica ma non archiviamo in altro modo i dati degli utenti.
Le email possono essere inviate solo dopo espressa accettazione di una casella per il consenso del trattamento dei dati ma ciò non viene registrato in alcun DB.
Il sito prevede il plugin per le statistiche Google Analytics.
Nella pagina relativa alla cookie policy, è spiegato che si fa uso di cookie di vario tipo (Cookies di prima parte, Cookies di terzi, Cookies di sessione, Cookies persistenti, Cookies essenziali, Cookies funzionali e la sezione del ‘Come modificare le impostazioni sui cookies’)
Mi sapreste dire cosa altro devo fare per adeguarmi al GDPR?
Ci sono dei plugin specifici che devo istallare per adeguarmi al GDPR?
In ufficio occorre fare qualcosa di particolare utilizzando un software adatto allo scopo?

WP ha oa delle funzioni per esportare dati per il GDPR, vi sono dei plugin sul repository per semplificarne l’uso in fronteend, per il resto si tratta di una problematica ampia che dipende anche da quale uso si fa dei dati e con che sw etc, non è questo il forum adatto, non essendo un “problema” di WP occorre che vi rivolgiate ad un avvocato o altro specialista in materia per definire quali e obblighi seguire e come.
