il mio tema è SmartAdapt, uso l’ultima versione di WP, il mio sito è http://www.studiobumbaca.it
Vorrei cambiare il font size di t1 t2 e t3 … all’interno di ogni singolo post
come si fa? GRazie

Forse intendi h1, h2, h3.
Se cambi la grandezza di quei titoli va da sé che la cambi ovunque ci siano h1, h2 e h3, non solo nei singoli post.
àˆ una domanda di CSS, non riguarda WordPress. Devi usare gli strumenti di ispezione del browser per vedere la misura attuale, e poi scrivere la misura desiderata nel foglio stile del child-theme.

mi riferivo ai vari titoli 1, 2 e t1 t2 t3 etc … li cambio nel css ma poi non vedo la modifica sul post

Evidentemente sbagli qualcosa – anche perché continui a chiamarli in un modo che non esiste anche dopo che ti ho detto che si chiamano h1, h2, h3… – qualcosa che noi non possiamo sapere dato che non sappiamo cos’hai fatto né cosa vuoi fare – oppure non cancelli la cache.

agendo su h1, h2 etc … i cambiamenti avvengono nel Titolo del post; io invece vogli agire all’interno del post.
ad esempio in questo articolo http://www.studiobumbaca.it/2017/01/16/anoressia-nervosa/
ciò che voglio cambiare è la dimensione, all’interno dell’articolo, dei vari sub titoli.
Se agisco sul font size (mettendo ad esempio 18 mentre al testo metto 14 ottengo il risultato ma crea anche molto spazio tra una riga e l’altra.
vorrei mettere dei valori di default …senza ogni volta modificare

Leggi bene:
h1 / h6 sono i titoli, tutti i titoli, quindi tutti quelli che tu definisci come titoli e/o che lo sono già per definizione nel codice al di fuori di ciò che scrivi (titolo del sito, titolo dell’articolo, ecc…), OK?
Per modificarli, come detto, devi usare i CSS, cioè il foglio stile del child theme – non devi cambiare l’elemento con dei tag HTML post per post come fai tu. Dovrai rimuovere quelle definizioni altrimenti cosଠfacendo sovrascrivi le modifiche che farai nei CSS.
Se vuoi cambiare le misure dei titoli e non sai usare gli strumenti di ispezione guarda nel foglio stile del tema originale.
Lଠvedrai le varie misure assegnate ai vari h1 / h6 (font-size:), parti quindi da quelle per modificare a tuo piacimento, con la stessa unità di misura (che nel tuo tema è “em”), quelle che vuoi cambiare.
