Ciao A tutti. Ho appena cambiato servizio di hosting al mio sito mantenendo lo stesso dominio. Avendo fatto prima tutti i backup necessari, ho provveduto in ordine a creare nuovo DB, installare Wp, copiare il contenuto tramite ftp del sito sul nuovo spazio, modificare il wp-config con i dati del nuovo DB, importare il Db vecchio nel nuovo. tutto bene tranne le immagini che sono sparite, seppur presenti nella cartella wp-content.
Ho messo il tema twenty fifteen, disattivato i plugin, ma niente, se carico una nuova immagine va nella cartella corretta, 2015/12 che segue le altre e si vede ma quelle vecchie no. Ho anche provveduto a verificare i permessi da ftp delle cartelle assegnando 755 e 644 ai file, ma neanche questo ha funzionato. Qualcuno sa come aiutarmi?

àˆ del tutto inutile mettere il link al sito in manutenzione, cosଠnon possiamo vedere nulla. Quindi guardaci tu nel sorgente, come sono i percorsi delle immagini nascoste rispetto a quelli delle immagini visibili.

scusa, eccomi, ho messo il sito visibile, ma avevo fatto diverse prove nel frattempo ed avevo lasciato i plugin attivi.nel sito non si vedono le immagini che dovrebbero esserci. Adesso l’unica immagine che si vede è quella caricata ieri per prova che ho sostituito nel post a quella invisibile.

Non ho idea di che errori siano, forse sono da imputare a qualche script (ad es. con qualche spazio vuoto, hai aggiunto qualcosa manualmente, tipo nell’.htaccess, se ce l’hai?), alla configurazione del server (anche se ho dubbi dato che le nuove si vedono) o ad un errore nel trasferimento, sia dei file che nella configurazione FTP.
Hai aperto un ticket con il nuovo provider? Non credo sia un plugin, anzi a questo punto dovresti attivarli, per tutti quegli shortcode.
Hai il tag alt nelle immagini? Se si vedesse, si saprebbe che è l’immagine ad esser corrotta.
Non hai detto se sono visibili o no nella media gallery.
Se non sono tante e non ci salti fuori con le analisi di cui sopra, ti conviene ricaricarle o provare a ricaricare tutti i file.

manualmente non ho aggiunto nessuno script, il file .htaccess l’ho copiato cosଠcome era dal vecchio al nuovo il backup era stato eseguito con BackWpup. Nella gallery le immagini sono anche lଠci sono risultano essere anche collegate agli articoli correttamente ma non si vedono ne thumbnail ne effettive. I tag alt c’erano e ci sono ancora.
Del resto non riesco a vedere nemmeno le immagini contenute nei temi standard, è come se no ne avessero.
Non so se il pasticcio è successo perché il backup era della versione precedente di WordPress e invece ho installato la 4.4

Ho trovato come fare….le carico tramite cpanel anche massivamente, cosଠsi vedono. qualcosa nel caricamento tramite ftp da filezilla non andava a buon fine e risultavano corrotte.
