Salve a tutti ragazzi
Sono nuovo del forum, ma gia’ vi leggevo da tempo.
Vivo in Australia, quindi scusate se non rispondo subito per via del fuso orario.
Cerco di essere il piu’ dettagliato e breve possibile.
Ho spostato un intero sito da un hosting ad un altro cambiando momentaniamente il dominio.
Il sito e’ copiato correttamente e il database e’ stato modificato cambiando tutti gli url e path necessarie.
Il sito funziona, ma quando cerco di collegarmi come amministratore in WP, non visualizzo la dashboard perche’ dice che non posseggo i diritti necessari.
Ho disattivato tutti i plugin ed impostato il tema principale ma non funziona niente.
Ho controllato il database e fatto delle ricerche su internet ma non riesco a venirne a capo.
Una domanda: Se la versione del software del database e’ differente tra i due host, questo puo’ creare problemi?

Se intendi la versione MySQL, non credo causi problemi se è compatibile con WP, che supporta dalla 5.0.15 in su.
Hai aperto un ticket con il provider?
Altra cosa, svuota la cache del browser, o prova con un altro. Non funzionasse, leggi bene questo articolo.
àˆ possibile tu debba modificare dei valori nel DB, quindi assicurati di aver una copia di sicurezza.

Fortunatamente l’hosting e’ riuscito a risolvere il problema. Anche se a mio avviso sembra inspiegabile.
Cerco di descriverlo cosi’ almeno servira’ a qualcuno.
Nel file “wp-confi.php” il prefix era settato come (UF7Z52lZ5B_) mentre nel database la tabella usermeta era cosi’ (uf7z52lz5b_)
Problema a mio avviso inspiegabile perche’ non ho mai modificato questi parametri.
