Ciao a tutti dopo aver trovato vari articoli inerenti al solito Fatal Error sono riuscito in parte a risolvere il problema del mio sito.
Ho scoperto che un plug in che pubblicava in automatico i post che scrivo su facebook ha creato 26 articoli dal peso enorme. Il problema però è sorto solo dopo l’aggiornamento alla 3.6 di WP se ho capito bene.
Il sito che ha solo quei 26 post è abbastanza leggero in teoria, ma con quegli articoli il database è ingrassato fino a 26 MB: cosଠrisultava bloccato e irraggiungibile.
Ho provato ad eliminare i post manualmente ma senza riuscirci. La sezione di amministrazione degli articoli era irraggiungibile.
Cosଠho eliminato lo user che li ha creati, eliminando gli articoli a lui associati.
Ora il sito funziona ed è raggiungibile in quanto ho limato con quell’operazione 4MB.
Però i post ora sono nel cestino e non riesco ad accedervi causa

Qualcuno conosce un sistema alternativo per eliminare dal database i post spostati nel cestino?
Provato anche con define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’); e define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’96M’); per tentare di sbloccare l’accesso al cestino degli articoli, ma senza successo…

Dopo 30 giorni vengono eliminati automaticamente, oppure prova ad usare uno dei tanti plugin in circolazione di pulizia database

Ho già un plugin di pulizia database ma non elimina quanto c’è nel cestino, ne ho provato anche un’altro ma senza esito…inoltre vista l’anomalia tiro a caso…non vorrei che nemmeno il processo automatico che dici non riesca a fare il suo dovere comunque per ora il sito è accessibile, aspetterò l’eliminazione automatica e vedremo….nel frattempo se qualcuno conosce un sistema per intervenire ed eliminare quanto c’è nel cestino ogni consiglio è ben accetto, grazie

Quale?
Poi se sono solo 26 li puoi eliminare a mano entrando nel database nella tabella wp_posts oppure qui c’è una query per eliminare tutti i trash post http://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-empty-trash-with-2000-posts-at-once che funziona, appena provata.

ho modificato il post precedente poco prima pubblicassi la tua risposta…ok provato il plugin che mi hai consigliato…e…OK! Pulito! Inoltre la cosa strana è che il database dopo la pulizia del cestino si è ridotto di pochissimo, però tutto funziona…Anche se sono sempre intorno ai 22 mb (non pochi per quanto c’è sul sito in effetti…)..Forse il fatal error era dovuto a qualche post “strano” che poteva forse compromettrere le risorse a disposizione dell’installazione…I problemi sono apparsi in effetti dopo un commento ricevuto su un articolo…era una sorta di spam non proprio chiaro, che però avevo cancellato per sicurezza…beh grazie

Basta entrare nel database e vedere cosa c’è, sicuramente tabelle create da qualche plugin, impossibile che quelle di wordpress per un sito quasi vuoto pesi cosଠtanto.
