Ciao a tutti,
ho notato che da un pò di tempo quando aggiorno i plugin, wordpress o il tema, non mi compare più in basso la tabellina gialla con scritto “Nome Plugin aggiornato correttamente. Mostra Dettagli.”. Ma rimane il cerchiolino grigio in continua rotazione.
Da cosa può dipendere questo problema?
I plugin si aggiornano, come il tema e il resto…ma non capisco come mai è sparito il resto

Io sinceramente non ricordo niente di giallo. Ho fatto adesso un aggiornamento automatico di un plugin e mi sono apparse queste scritte:
Download aggiornamento…
Estrazione dell’aggiornamento…
Disattivazione del plugin…
Rimozione della vecchia versione del plugin…
Installazione dell’ultima versione…
Plugin aggiornato con successo
Riattivazione del plugin…
Plugin riattivato con successo
Se a te non appaiono o appaiono tutte insieme alla fine, oppure appaiono non nel giusto ordine, ma il plugin viene regolarmente aggiornato non mi pare un grosso problema. Forse è solo un po’ di lentezza del sistema, impegnato a fare le cose di cui sopra

Sà¬, scusami Titti, non mi sono espresso bene.
Considera che tutti questi passaggi che mi hai elencato, probabilmente avvengono, ma nemmeno uno lo visualizzo.
Mi compare a lato del plugin il cerchiolino di caricamento e aggiornamento e continua a circolare per minuti…è come se andasse fuoritempo.
Io basta che apra una nuova finestra e ritorno alla pagina, che mi ritrovo tutto aggiornato.
Non mi spiego però, perchè faccia cosà¬; cioè non farmi vedere nemmeno una delle voci e sopratutto ritrovarmi il cerchiolino di caricamento perenne!

Probabilmente durante l’aggiornamento tu sei in un’altra pagina e non vedi quelle scritte (che non appaiono nella pagina dei plugin). Il cerchiolino di caricamento non è perenne, può durare più del solito, dipende, ma quando l’aggiornamento è finito sparisce.

Come noterai dallo screenshot sto aggiornando un plugin, in questo caso: “Reveal IDs”.
Guarda l’immagine, vicino a Reveal IDs noterai quel pallino che generalmente ruota quando aggiorni?
Ecco, nel mio caso, rimane cosà¬, fisso a vita!
Cioè, io per poter vedere se lo ha aggiornato, devo obbligatoriamente aprire un altra pagina e tornare sul sito, perchè nella stessa pagina dove avviene l’aggiornamento sembra andare fuoritempo.
Per ipotesi, se lasciassi la pagina web aperta sull’aggiornamento del plugin (cioè sullo screenshot che trovi allegato) per due ore, quando torno, il pallino sarebbe ancora lଠa roteare, quando sai bene che l’aggiornamento è già avvenuto da un bel pezzo.
Mi chiedo allora il perchè di questa cosa, quando normalmente visualizzavo tutto e mi confermava l’avvenuto aggiornamento del plugin. Adesso invece pare andare fuoritempo.
Spero di essere stato più chiaro inserendo anche l’immagine. Grazie ancora per il supporto.

Quindi cos’è cambiato da quando funzionava normalmente? Hai installato nuovi plugin? L’ideale sarebbe provare ad aggiornare lo stesso plugin con tutti i plugin disattivati e con il tema di default. Magari installa via FTP la precedente versione del plugin e riprova in questo modo, potrebbe essere un plugin a bloccare in parte la procedura. Potresti anche controllare il contenuto della cartella “upgrade” in wp-content ed eventualmente svuotarla. E poi, hai editato l’.htaccess ultimamente? La versione di PHP sul server? La versione di WP?
C’è qualcosa che blocca e l’errore potrebbe essere nella configurazione del server, controlla quindi il log degli errori o chiedi al tuo host di farlo

Ok, ti ringrazio moltissimo.
Temo sia un problema legato a un plugin, perchè questa problematica va e viene.
E già da un pò di tempo.
Adesso provo a capire quale possa essere
Chissà se ci riesco!
