Ciao a tutti.
da qualche giorno e senza che abbia fatto delle modifiche un template su un sito wordpress ha iniziato ad impazzire.
Iniziamo dall’inizio.
Giorni fa ho visto che i title del mio sito non riportava più il title impostato dal pannello ma un semplice http://www.nome.it al che sono andato dell’header per capire che fosse successo e ho fatto una serie di tentativi.
1) modificato il codice php tra <title> e </title> usando altri codici che avrebbero dovuto avere quanto meno risultati simili
2) inserito del codice html aggiuntivo tipo <title>aaaaaaa
3) inserito in commento dopo il tag del tipo </title><!–test–>
4) tolto il tag <title>…</title>
5) cancellato tutto il codice all’interno dell’header!!!!
Ma nulla non cambiava mai nulla il risultato nella pagina era sempre <title></title> senza nulla in mezzo.
Ovviamente tra uno di questi test e l’altro ho fatto altri controlli tipo, verificare se il codice puntasse veramente su quell’header o meno (e ci puntava), controllare che stesse usando proprio quel template (e segnava, su questo torno dopo, che quello era il template in uso), ho disabilitato il plugin di cache, ho verificato se (cosa non fa la disperazione) l’ftp stesse veramente facendo gli import dei file (e ovviamente li faceva) e tanti altri controlli alcuni sensati altri dettati dalla pura disperazione.
Dicevo del template selezionato. La cosa più assurda è stata questa: una volta che per test ho cambiato il nome della cartella del template che non fungeva ha attivato come naturale uno degli altri a disposizione e quello “giusto” è sparito dalla lista come se non esistesse.
Ad un certo punto ho deciso di cancellare tutto e di riuplodare da zero il template e apparentemente a quel punto a funzionato. Non totalmente convinto e molto dubbioso ho lasciato perdere visto che avevo altro da fare.
Oggi trovo la stessa situazione solo che il “trucchetto” della volta scorsa (ri-uploadare tutto) non funziona più.
Inoltre ho notato un altro “sintomo”. Se vado nel pannello a modificare una pagina non trovo la lista dei vari template a disposizione (4/5) ma solo quello di base e quello con una sola colonna che (forse, non ho mai indagato) viene creato in automatico da artisteer il software che usavo tempo fa per creare i template in modo automatico quelli che ho aggiunto io a mano (l’ho fatto oltre una anno fa quindi direi che non rientrano nella mia lista dei sospetti) sono spariti. Per arrivare uno di questi template di una pagina che mi serve urgentemente sono dovuto andare a metter mano sul db! (peccato che basta che faccia un semplice aggiornamento o anteprima e venga reinserito il template di default GGGRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrr)
Non so più dove guardare e non so nemmeno come trovare altre info utili a capirci meglio qualche anima pia riesce ad aiutarmi?!?

ha attivato come naturale uno degli altri a disposizione e quello “giusto” è sparito dalla lista come se non esistesse.
àˆ sparito perché rinominandolo naturalmente WP non lo rileva più, è normale non è assurdo.
Non capisco la cosa del database, cioè cos’hai fatto.
In ogni caso la lista dei template disponibili che ti appare nelle pagine è data dal tema che hai attivo in quel momento.
Se fai la classica prova con il tema di default di WP e senza plugin attivati vedrai che tutto torna normale e quei problemi sono dati da un tema difettoso o modificato male.
