Salve, ho gia controllato varie volte post su questo argomento. Ho scoperto che in teoria ci dovrebbe essere un errore config.php .
Ho controllato il file e non ho rilevato nessun errore:
Ho chiesto al mio server di hosting fastnom.com , i quali dicono che non hanno toccato nulla, e su applicazioni di terze parti(wordpress) non possono fare nulla. Mi potreste aiutare? Il mio blog è attivo da ottobre. p.s. ho rinominato la cartella plugin x evitare errori.

Attivo da ottobre: Questo significa che prima funzionava?
E se prima funzionava quali modifiche sono state fatte prima del patatrac, aggiunto nuovi plugin, cambiato tema, modificato file? Questo punto dovrebbe essere redatto molto ben descrittivo per capire da dove (il momento) è sorto il problema.

Ho installato wp-affilliate-pro. Appena installato, mi ha dato un errore la index, in questo momento non ricordo il nome. Ho rimosso il plugin via ftp. E mi è uscita questa scritta: http://img252.imageshack.us/img252/9463/errorecloudrella.png .
Precedentemente avevo fatto un backup, lo ho uppato(togliendo i file dal server e mettendo il backup) e mi da questo errore.

1. Anche il database è stato sostituto con quello di backup, o solamente il contenuto del dominio?
2. Con le credenziali di accesso (user e password) il database è raggiungibile da phpMyAdmin?

1) si, lo ho tolto e rimesso tutto.
2) Si phpMyAdmin è raggiunbile, e in teoria riesce a creare tabelle.
Ho di nuovo controllato il file config.php ma i dati coincidono con quelli del server.

No, te lo rispiego: allora, installato wp-affiliate pro usciva l’immagine del post dell’altra volta, siccome avevo fatto un backup precedentemente, lo ho riuppato sul server, e quando apri l’index viene l’errore: Errore nello stabilire una connessione al database. Come ho cercato su google l’errore è determinato dal config.php . Ma controllandolo non ci sono errori.

Io proverei a fare un nuovo config.php, non copia-incollando quello di ora ma riscrivendolo da capo utilizzando il sample preso dalla cartella di WP. Poi scarichi sul desktop del pc quello che hai ora, lo cancelli dal server e carichi il nuovo

1)Uso come server Localhost via UNIX socket con installato gli Apache Handlers
2)In teoria php 5, ma controllando (creando un file php con scritto:

echo phpversion();
?>) esce : http://img163.imageshack.us/img163/207/php1.png
3)Uso wordpress 3.3.1
Se può interessare uso : Versione MySQL: 5.1.61
Versione protocollo: 10
Server: Localhost via UNIX socket
Set di caratteri MySQL: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)
collazione della connessione di MySQL: utf8_unicode_ci

Bene, per prima cosa fai la prova che ha descritto Titti (crei un nuovo wp-config.php partendo dal sample) e vediamo se funziona.
Nel caso non vada neanche cosà¬, allora passa alla cosiddetta prova del 9:
1. Nel server crei una sub directory di nome “test” cloudrella.com/test/ nella quale da FTP posizioni la distro di WordPress nuova, prelevandola da qui:
http://www.wpitaly.it/wordpress-in-italiano/
2. Crei il suo wp-config.php cosଠche si connetta al database attuale, ed incroci le dita.
Ovviamente servirà solamente per vedere se funziona e riesce a connettersi al database. Sarebbe a dire che darà altri problemi ma questi non interessano; l’importante e non vedere quella scritta.
Se riesce a funzionare allora dovrai, sempre via FTP, reinstallare WordPress manualmente nella root ed, ovvio, cancellare la cartella “test” e tutto il suo contenuto.

Se ancora non funzionerà allora il problema è di natura diversa e da ricercare nel sistema con cui il tuo “server Localhost via UNIX socket” si connette al database; qui entrano in gioco configurazioni errate da parte del sysadmin del servizio di host (porte errate, firewall, ecc.)

Ed il dubbio è che la tua installazione sia in realtà su di un server Windows.
