Salve a tutti,
ho da poco trasferito il mio blog su hosting Linux Aruba e, da allora, mi succede, credo, un’anomalia.
Premetto che non ho installato il plugin Askimet ma, nonostante questo, i commenti provenienti da alcuni utenti vengono sempre e comunque scartati da WordPress e mi finiscono nei commenti Spam.
Come fare per ‘far capire’ al sistema che da quegli IP non arrivano SPAM ma commenti reali???

saranno IP che hai in blacklist… o che hanno troppi link al lor interno. Non hai guardato le impostazioni->dicussione vero?
Si SteveAgl, ho guardato il menu discussioni e non ho IP in blacklist. Anzi, non ho nulla in blacklist.
Ed i commenti in questione non contengono link … (
E perché non attivi Akismet?
Ho provato anche ad attivarlo ma l’errore è sempre lo stesso.
I commenti scritti da quattro utenti abituali (provenienti da pc e zone diverse) finiscono sempre e indistintamente tra i messaggi di spam.
Non esiste un modo per ‘sbloccare’ questo filtro?
Akismet lo devi tenere sempre. Non ti resta che marcare come non-spam i commenti buoni, e Akismet imparerà .
