Salve a tutti, Premetto di essere una signora vecchiotta e quindi forse un po’ “rinkoâ€, vivo in Canada e non conosco nessuno che mi possa dare una mano…. ma a furia di lavorare 10 ore al giorno sono quasi riuscita a fare partire il mio sito. Poi ho voluto inserire il blog e quindi wordpress. In locale tutto bene (dopo giorni e giorni di casini ovviamente) messo in remoto (via Dreamweaver visto che il sito lo ho fatto con DW) un vero macello. Tanto per cominciare se cerco di entrare nel “settore†WordPress (che porta al blog) si apre si il theme del blog, ma con la pagina da me impostata per il “404″. E poi ogni link presente mi riporta in localhost……
Non capisco se il problema sia sul database, o sui permessi. Ho provato a fare una ricerca nel database per sostituire localhost con l’indirizzo corretto del sito, ma la fatidica frase “1 Le parole sono separate da spazi (†“).†sembra impedirmi di fare qualsiasi cosa. La ricerca non mi funziona….
E nemmeno riesco ad accedere nel wp-admin.
Ho provato ad entrare con ******/Emozionando_blog//wp-admin/install.php e ottendo la finestra WP con la scritta
ALREADY INSTALLED – You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your old database tables first.
e mi da’ la possibilita’ di fare LOG IN cosa che faccio e si apre la solita interfaccia per il login. Io qui metto nome e pass che usavo in locale per loggarmi (ma e’ corretto? nome e pass del database su Aruba sn differenti…. o non hanno nulla a che fare?) ma se uso quella login e in locale ho aperto WAMP mi trovo nella bacheca in localhost; se chiudo WAMP in locale si apre la finestra con
Unable to connect – Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at localhost.
il che mi fa pensare che ci sia altro che debbo cambiare nei file di WP.
Il file config lo ho configurato per il remoto mettendo appunto i dati del DB di Aruba (ho anche messo il Tcp/Ip del server su cui ho il database come mi e’ stato comunicato da Aruba al posto di localhost), ma evidentemente c’e’ altro che non ho fatto.
Un’altra cosa mi sto chiedendo: il file .htaccess che io ho “uppato” insieme al resto del mio blog si riferisce ovviamente al nome del database che avevo in locale e non a quello di Aruba, ma non ho visto da nessuna parte che io dovessi cambiare qualcosa anche li’.
Io credo di avere letto decine di articoli sul passaggio da locale a remoto di WP, ho letto le FAQ qui e su Wiki, ma evidentemente mi sfugge qualcosa.
Potete aiutarmi per favore, mi sento ridotta alla disperazione
