Amici di WP buongiorno.
Sul sito di un mio cliente, da ieri o l’altro ieri non è più possibile visualizzare alcun contenuto. Il problema è dovuto ad una tabella del database che a quanto pare si è corrotta. Cercando di accedere al pannello admin, mi viene in aiuto un link che mi fa aggiungere una riga di codice al file wp-config.php per provare cosଠa correggere il problema.
Bene, dopo aver aggiunto il codice e aver ricaricato il file in ftp, ho provato a procedere seguendo le istruzioni a video. Purtroppo tale soluzione mi porta a ad una pagina dove mi viene detto che il problema non può essere risolto e io resto con il sito del cliente non funzionante.

Lo stesso mio problema ho visto che l’ha avuto anche un’altra persona che ha postato sul forum di supporto di WP e che purtroppo non ha risolto il problema.
Qui sul forum italiano, qualcuno ha avuto lo stesso problema ed è riuscito a risolvere? Qualcuno ha qualche idea di come procedere?
Il sito in questione ha un database con circa 5Mb di dati, è un sito molto pieno di contenuti! E ricrearlo tutto da zero è veramente da suicidio!
Aspetto vostri utili e preziosi consigli in merito, nel frattempo provo a cercare altre info on-line…

ricarica il backup del database come prima cosa.

Ciao wolly, purtroppo l’unico backup del db che dispongo è di marzo il cliente non si è accorto che non gli arrivavano più le email con i backup giornalieri!! Adesso ho chiesto all’hoster se per caso hanno un backup automatico recente (cosa che spero vivamente) e poi eventualmente provo a rigenerare la tabella corrotta.
Sto clienti che disastri che fanno!

Quando si tratta di gestire siti curati da altri e si sa che questi ultimi potrebbero combinare danni, sarebbe sempre bene scegliere servizi di host con incluso il backup automatico da parte dello stesso servizio.. Costa qualcosa in più, ma risolve situazioni come questa.
