Come da titolo, possibile che io non abbia più il file .haccess?
Come faccio a rigenerarlo?

Prima di tutto controlla se è nei file nascosti (in Filezilla, mi sembra nel menu Visualizza, e quindi “visulizza file nascosti”)
Può essere creato semplicemente aprendo il blocco note, copiandoci le regole
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index.php$ – [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
</IfModule>
e salvandolo htaccess.txt o come ti pare prima di .txt, l’importante è che poi sia rinominato .htaccess, prima di caricarlo sul server (nella root) o dopo che l’hai caricato

Non lo hai o non lo vedi? essendo con il . all’inizio i programmi FTP ad esempio di base nascondono questi file e hanno delle opzioni per mostrarli…

Allora, nel momento in cui ho personalizzato i link, in permalink, il file .htaccess è stato creato vuoto:
# BEGIN WordPress
# END WordPress
poi ho aggiunto il codice sugegrito da Titti….ma poi con la customizzazione del permalink mese e nome post, il file .htaccess si è sovrascritto nel seguente modo:
# BEGIN WordPress
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /DiMaggio/WORDPRESS/wordpress/
RewriteRule ^index.php$ - [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /DiMaggio/WORDPRESS/wordpress/index.php [L]
</IfModule>
# END WordPress
Da specificare che nel file “httpd.conf” di Apache ho settato:
1) LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so
2) #
# AllowOverride controls what directives may be placed in .htaccess files.
# It can be “All”, “None”, or any combination of the keywords:
# Options FileInfo AuthConfig Limit
#
AllowOverride All

il file htaccess generato da WP è certamente giusto.. se poi il uo server non ha il od rewrite ativo… potrebbe.. che ci sia nel conf ok ma poi lo carica o c’è qualche cosa che non va? Qui però NON si tratta più di un problema di WP che la ua parte la fa in maniera standard coem hai visto.. ma di configurazione del server e qua NON facciamo assistenza sistemistica ovviamente.sua
