Ciao, sto facendo per la prima volta un sito wp, mi sono accorto oggi che se tengo aperta la console del terminale di root, quando lavoro con wp, qualsiasi cosa faccia mi appare il
seguente errore :
script tried to increase memory_limit to 268435456 bytes which is above the allowed value (attacker ‘127.0.0.1’, file ‘…………./wordpress/wp-admin/admin.php’, line 109)
Volevo sapere cosa dovrei fare per sistemare il tutto

Allora se alla riga 109 di admin.php modifico il limite di memoria da 256M a 32M, sଠproprio cosଠlo abbasso, tutto si sistema.
Se faccio il contrario e lo alzo per esempio da 256 a 512, il problema persiste visualizzando un valore più alto di tried increase memory_limit
Conviene lasciar perdere o modificare abbassando il limite ?

I file del core di WordPress non vanno mai e poi mai modificati. Io la prova di scriverci 1G al posto di qualche centinaio di M comunque la farei.

Allora i risultati sono i seguenti
con 256M 512M 1G per ogni operazione effettuata sul sito mi appare l’errore sul terminale
con 32M mi appare sporadicamente.

Il problema sta nelle configurazioni del server (e Suhosin?) “sconfigurato” per lavorare con il cms e, parzialmente, in WordPress. I due dovrebbero avere alcune cose messe allo stesso modo, diciamo gli stessi numeri.. cosa a volte impossibile, ovvio, e per questo WordPress era (dico era*) distribuito con quel dato a 256M; guarda caso è il valore massimo di memoria dei più diffusi share server oltre oceano. Dico parzialmente anche perché dimentichi di indicare quale versione stai utilizzando.

Allora o fa un hack dei 6 file del core (sconsigliato), oppure mette gli stessi valori lato server (php.ini, suhosin, ecc.) e nel config.php lato wp; giacché l’errore che rileva è conosciuto e dovuto al disallineamento di questi.. in pratica, inteso nella maggioranza delle installazioni, wp dovrebbe avere lo stesso parametro del server. Idem nel vps o dedicato, dovremmo settarli uguali.
