In un post precedente avevo sollevato il problema dell’ingrassamento improvviso del mio db, analizzando bene la cosa, la tabella incriminata era la “posts”, girovagando in giro avevo trovato l’istruzione da inserire nel config per annullare le revisioni ottenendo il risultato che il db da 48Mb è passato a 18Mb, successivamente ho cercato poi di pulire il db dagli articoli doppioni inserendo questa query DELETE FROM wp_posts WHERE post_type = ‘revision’; nel sql del db, ma sortisco come risposta “Table ‘xxxxx_wp.wp_posts’ doesn’t exist” come mai? Forse la query la devo inserire nel sql della tabella incriminata? Nella stessa è già inserita un altra query! Che faccio?

dipende dove esegui questa query se in phpmyadmin apri il db interessato e poi da li fai la query… poi non capisco che tu voglia dire con nella tabella è già inserita un’altra quaery… non è un problema di WP comunque ma di gestione sql…

dipende dove esegui questa query se in phpmyadmin apri il db interessato e poi da li fai la query… poi non capisco che tu voglia dire con nella tabella è già inserita un’altra quaery… non è un problema di WP comunque ma di gestione sql…
La query la uso in phpmyadmin e cliccato sul db interessato ho aperto poi sql, nella finestra che si apre ho inserito la query in questione ed ho digitato esegui e mi viene fuori poi l’istruzione sopra citata.
Per la restante cosa, clicco sul db interessato poi apro, cliccando ovviamente, la tabella posts e clicco su sql, nello spazio sottostante che si apre, al suo interno c’è inserito già quella query citata !?!?!
Tutto qua dove sbaglio?

se la tabella si chiama wp_post ok… ma sei sicuro sia wp_ il prefisso?

Mi sa che sto facendo qualche errore, la tabella si chiama wp_xxxxx_post, quindi nella query dovrei aggiungere il parametro mancante.

Ho fatto l’operazione e credo che è andata a buon fine, ma i Mb sono sempre gli stessi con un novità a fianco al record dimensione, adesso mi ritovo, prima non c’era, il record “In eccesso”, ed effittavamente se detraggo questo eccesso, 27Mb, da quelli reali, 40Mb, tornerei ai miei 10Mb iniziali ovvero prima che nascesse il problema, che devo fare adesso?
p.s.
Credo che sono riuscito a risolvere il problema da solo, ho cliccato sulla tabella interessata poi in operazione ho cliccato su ottimizza tabella uahuuuu!! Tutto è tornato a 11Mb, speriamo bene.
