ciao,
spero sia una cavolata, quando vado in articoli o pagine e tento di includere un album con il tasto nextgen.desc mi esce una finestra con la seguente dicitura:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, xxxxxxxxxxxxx and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

cosa potrebbe essere? il plug-in funziona ma devo usare gli album….

guardare nel log degli errori del server qual è l’errore e postarlo qui.

ok wolly, ho mandato una richiesta di assistenza ad aruba poichè mi manca la funzione viewer dei log… spero siano veloci a rispondermi…

allora.. l’assistenza di aruba mi ha confermato che è impossibile avere un log degli errori.. c’è qualche altro modo che non sia dal pannello di controllo del database?

salve, ho lo stesso problema e il log degli errori non riporta nulla di utile, solo un misero messaggio: ” Ultime linee di log contenenti errori.”

con errore 500 ci deve essere unq ualche messaggio di errore nei log… se no è una caccia ai fantasmi… sopratutto per “sentito dire” non potendo metter mano al server stesso…

ciao, ho risolto inserendo manualmente il codice per acquisire l’album direttamente nelle pagine/articoli che mi interessavano…

@gherardo84: sà¬, -ovviamente- funziona inserendo gli short tag *manualmente*, ma non la considero una soluzione al problema.
/*forse*/ ho LA SOLUZIONE (unica, incontrovertibile, infallibile): controllare che i permessi in {root}/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/admin/tinymce/ per i file window.php e tinymce.php siano settati su 744 (su aruba erano su 644)
