Salve, quando vado a postare un commento sul mio sito per rispondere agli utenti e premi il pulsante per far apparire il commento mi esce un pagina di explorer con l’ errore HTTP 501/HTTP 505. L’ errore 501 sta per Non ancora disponibile indica che il sito Web visitato non è configurato per la visualizzazione del contenuto richiesto dal browser (Uso internet explorer 8 e fino a un’ ora fa nessun problema) mentre il 505 sta per Versione non supportata indica che il sito Web non supporta la versione del protocollo HTTP utilizzata dal browser, in genere HTTP/1.1, per la richiesta della pagina Web (anche questo fino a qualche tempo fa faceva senza problemi).
Come si risolve questo incoveniente? Ringrazio in anticipo

L’ errore può essere dato che ho installato nel server mod_security ?

Boh direic he certamente dipende dalla configurazione del server e non certo da WP…. il tuo hosting che dice?

Ancora non l’ ho contattato… ma mi sa che è mod_security, cercando i nrete quel componente per Apache limita certe funzioni di WordPress

Contattati, mi hanno detto che è colpa di mod_security addirittura causa anche degli errori 500 con certi plugins. L’ unica soluzione è quello di disinstallarlo anche se garantisce un certo livello di protezione sul server da eventuali attacchi SQL injection e acnhe da altri tipi di minacce.
Dato che devo togliere il mod_security un plugins per proteggere WordPress esiste? Se si quale consigliate?

Aggiornare WP quando esce una nuova versione è la migliore sicurezza…

Beh aggiornare a volte non basta.
WordPress 3.0 su una nuova installazione crea il table prefix del db wp_xxxxxx_ (le 6 “x” indicano un alfanumerico casuale).
Invece, per chi aggiorna dalle precedenti versioni, il prefisso delle tabelle resta quel che era, comunemente il “wp_” sempre che non s’era cambiato in precedenza. Quindi l’unica è di sostituirli tutti manualmente, senza l’utilizzo di inutili e distruttivi plugin in circolazione.
Se installiamo dal pannello di controllo dell’host, al 99% dei casi il wp-config che si crea automaticamente sarà privo delle chiavi di sicurezza.. cioè proprio manca il campo ove incollarle..
Se invece aggiorniamo da una precedente versione, le salt restano in numero di 3 o 4 (quelle che erano) e nessuno ci avvisa che andava aperto il file config.php e queste portate alle attuali 6..
Alcune altre cose, a livello sicurezza, si possono fare scrivendo regole nel file .htaccess
