Ciao,
come da titolo, non riesco a visualizzare la pagina che servirebbe per le modifiche del permalink, per intenderci questa miosito.com/wp-admin/options-permalink.php.
Premetto che non ho altri blog con wordpress installati su questo server, aggiungo inoltre che normalmente in quella pagina viene visualizzato solo il seguente testo:
Di base WordPress utilizza degli URL web con all’interno punti di domanda e molti numeri, tuttavia WordPress offre la possibilità di creare una struttura personalizzata per gli URL dei permalink e degli archivi. Ciò migliora l’estetica, l’usabilità e la compatibilità dei propri link. Sono disponibili un certo numero di tag e qui di seguito vi sono alcuni esempi da cui partire.
Ma se aggiungo un file .htaccess nella root, non viene visualizzato neanche il testo sopra citato.
Cosa posso fare?

Che host hai? àˆ possibile che non supporti il mod_rewrite per poter gestire i permalink?

Il sito è hostato nel server dedicato di un’amico, mi ha appena confermato che il mod_rewrite è abilitato.
Aggiungo che ho provato a reinstallare wordpress sia dal pannello (da dove si effettua l’upgrade), sia manualmente cancellando prima tutti i file e poi riuppandoli da 0.

Non visaualizzare la pagina significa? Che errore appare etc etc? Dire non appare non spiega abbastanza.. anzi non spiega nulla… se appare pagina bianca allora occorre leggere i file di log di errori di apache per capire dove sta il problema.

no non dice nulla, come ti diceva steve bisogna leggere il log degli errori di apache per vedere qual è l’errore.
