Ciao a tutti ,
sto spostanto tutti i miei siti e blogs da aruba in un server privato ; i DNS si sono attivati ed alcuni di questi si vedono regolarmente.
Prima di spostare anche i DB nel server locale, ho lasciato collegati siti e blogs con i database vecchi ancora funzionanti …
MA WP NON RIESCE A COLLEGARSI !!! Come mai ?
Il file di configurazione è rimasto lo stesso , il database è sicuramente finzionante e raggiungibile ( le altre applicazioni funzionano ) ma il blog non reagisce nemmeno se punto su wp-admin/install.php e mi risponde ugualmente :
Errore nello stabilire una connessione al database
Ciò significa che le informazioni sul nome utente o sulla password presenti nel file wp-config.php non sono corrette o che non è possibile contattare il server del database a 62.149.150.44. Il che potrebbe voler dire che il database server del fornitore di hosting non è attivo.
* Si è sicuri di disporre del nome utente e della password corretti?
* Si è sicuri di aver digitato correttamente il nome dell’host?
* Si è sicuri che il server del database sia funzionante?
Nel caso non si abbia certezza sul significato di questi termini è opportuno contattare il proprio host. Se si ha bisogno di ulteriore aiuto è sempre possibile visitare il Forum di supporto italiano su WordPress.

perchè nella maggiort parte die casi i provider non permettono di collegarsi ai loro database dall’estrno

Ho controllato l’applicazione vicina che sembrava funzionare , ma in realtà , fa vedere le pagine HTML , ma quelle in php che elaborano DB danno errore …
Non me lo sarei mai aspettato … ma scusa … l’ho pagato o no un DB ?… perchè posso accedervi solo da spazi web che stanno sullo stesso provider ???
